102423 - I have been wanting to try Popeyes weekday 11 to 2 special that is advertised on T V for quite a while. I went to this location at 1 pm. & and looked over the menu board but didn't see it. I asked if they had any specials, and I was told no. I asked if they had a special from 11 am to 2 pm & I was told no. I said I have been seeing an advertisement for months for some type of tendors special & another employee stepped in & said yes, there was an advertisement for that but they didn't have it at that location at the food court in the mall. I told the employees I would need a few more minutes to look at the menu then. As I looked around the food court I noticed a Charley's Cheesesteaks right next door, I've been wanting to try that to, so, screw Popeyes! I went to Charley's and it was awesome! I would suggest everyone go there instead of this place. Thank you

Worst service ever!I came and get 3pcs chickens combos for 14$ and they gave me 2 pcs, i came for complain and they said sorry but still charge me 4$ to get another pcs, how does it work for them?Never come back there again

I went in today for my lunch (I work in the mall) and I had placed an online order. I was unaware that you had to mention that you had an online order on arrival so after waiting a few minutes I was getting frustrated at the situation (my own fault) but the girls there went above and beyond to turn it around. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a pie. They really made it better and I'm grateful for the customer service.

Charged 50 cents without any notice for a medium iced tea when I only ordered a 2 piece chicken combo that states it comes with a small drink. When I receive my order, the “iced” tea has very little ice which just melts away in a few minutes. No fork for the side of red beans and rice. I will not be back.

The food was quickly made and was great tasting. The staff was friendly. This is in Kenwood Mall next to Chick-fil-A and is much better tasting.
