I think I'm officially done eating at Popeyes. I've developed a standard that they can't reach.

Trash employees, always get orders wrong and give attitude to customers like we did something wrong for correcting them. Gives a small scoop for the sides because they don’t want to run out. And close 10-30 minutes early. I rather drive to Evendale Popeyes.

Got a sixteen piece meal with three extra large sides 2 large mashed potatoes and one red beans and rice mashed potatoes were hard and code, red beans and rice was uncooked. Rice was very hard the chicken. Then pay for all large side and received all small containers
And did not receive my cajun fries as well, and it was supposed to be a 16 piece and only received a 9 piece chicken and biscuits was supposed to be an 8 piece, only received a 7 piece. Macaroni was cold an old
Could not feed my children this food. Had to go to Domino's Pizza.
Will not eat food. Will be returning to the store for a full refund. Will not accept no credit, and I also will be contacting corporate.
Would not recommend for you to eat at this location.

Slowest place ever ,it took me 45 min to pick up a mobile order and there was no one there on a Sunday night

OMG DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Where do I begin? I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. When getting my food, I asked for condiments and was told there were none. I then asked if I could at least get ketchup and was told there was none. No condiments at all? Really? The white guy who I was told was the manager looked dirty and unkept in appearance and smelled bad. I asked for a refund and left. Everything about this place is wrong and bad.

Ordered mild chicken for my 5 & 7 yo grandchildren and he gave me spicy. Inedible!

Terrible old chicken from the previous day/days! This is unsafe, and can make someone very sick! By far the worse Popeyes yet! I agree go to McDonald’s across the street, or Captain D’s! Don’t waste your time, or money here! Trash literally, threw my food in the trash! My dog didn’t even want to eat it…

They ain’t never got no hot sauce or honey they don’t give you no red beans and rice they give you too much ice in your soda this location need to be closed down

I received old food… both fries and chicken sandwich were room temp cold.

DoorDash is priority here. If your a walk in trying to get food good luck, dashers cut the lines because they think are more important.

The Assistant Mgr served my mother with allergies food I specifically gave long clear repeated dialog DO NOT GIVE ME SPICY CHICKEN TENDERS...SHE 88 YEARS OLD ...CANNOT EAT THEM PLEASE GIVE ME CLASSICAL NO SPICY!" HE placed all hot chicken in my bag. I drove back to store. A manager replaced and refunded my order which ruined my timing for my personal life. Very unhappy about my Mom biting that hot spicy chicken, if she had eaten that she would have been in hospital on New Years Eve. The food was cooked correctly but the front end staff needs to be attentive to the communication of the counter customer. I did not do drive thru to prevent a spicy mix up and yet it still happened.

I do not recommend this place, they take a long time to prepare, we ordered takeout and it took us an hour and there were no customers.
