This place is the absolute WORST! As someone who was in foodservice for years, I should have just drove away...3 chicken tenders and fries turned into a 45 minute wait...the restaurant is filthy....I had to pull up to the door to finish waiting for the food to come out...the door itself was filthy...looked like grease splashed all over it....employee smoking right beside the door...disgusting...I will NEVER go back!

My line of work includes taking struggling businesses and turning them around for the better.

This location is probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Popeyes needs to utilize my services. O would definitely fire your current management team, and replace them with competent leaders. Those leaders would then need to hold current staff members accountable or fire them if needed. One it’s determined that we have a good team, then we can ensure that pay amongst employees is adequate.

Our team observes the restaurant to understand what a standard day looks like. We review customer satisfaction feedback, take a look at staff and go from there.

One of the biggest reasons why businesses struggle is due to incompetent management.

This location is so bad that I would literally offer my services for free.

This location is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. And I have been all over the country and the world. The service is so unbelievably bad that’s it’s almost laughable.

Your employees are disengaged and absolutely hate their jobs. This is likely due to the fact that their management team doesn’t engage with them, they are over worked, underpaid, and there are no consequences for bad behavior.

. They are not hiring the right people, and they are clearly under paying them. A restaurants success is based on management, if management is incompetent or disengaged then employees will follow suit.

The entire team that works here currently (including leadership) needs to be fired and replaced with competent and engaged employees. I can guarantee that once that happens, your store will improve.

I ordered via door dash. My driver said that the place didn't have any employees in sight. When food arrived no napkins in bag, and food was made terribly. This place should be shut down. This is the third time this happened. Kept trying to give them chances hoping maybe it was a single employee, but this is just said.

Only thing good was the young man taking order even though it took over 33 min drive thru to place my order this restaurant really needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be retrained and they need stronger staff horrible only reason I waited cause they messed up my order last week and they owed me sides red beans and rice was literally all beans lol

The worst place they don’t know how to serve the customer. They gave me the wrong order. It cheats me to three order and I talked to the manager he hung up. The phone on me is very disrespectful. When you talking customers? You don’t know customer always right and I’m wasting my money. I waste my time never go. Any papaya store.

Waited an entire hour for one simple order only to be told the items were out of stock. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They are very slow paced and very lazy.

Update: I decided to try again for my family and I, I didn't receive an entire meal. How exactly do you miss an entire meal???

They also put this old, burnt chicken on my chicken sandwhich??? Disgusting.

Only Facts

I have given this location to many chances. Every single time they have messed up my order, it's either no sauce, no pickeles, or soggy and cold. I'm done with this location. These reviews are ridiculous. The business is in the perfect spot but I know soooo many more people want to eat Popeyes but then think about how it's ran and keep driving. It's proven very difficult to get a simple sandwich the way it's advertised crispy, with sauce and pickles how do you mess it up 6 times 6! It's like playing the lottery and no one wants to send food back to be fixed at a place like that. I kept wanting it to be different but I'm done.
