I walked in the cook was outside in his car smoking. He didn’t even stock the food before going on; I guess a break. So the lady stressed out at the front because chicken sandwiches were not dropped. And she said “I don’t even know how to cook those” so I guess there is no training at all. Going here is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Food might be burnt, or they might not have certain sides or containers to put the sides in, or the register might not work or they might not be able to take card payments or they might not have change. The only good thing is the staff, they try so hard to work under those conditions, it doesn't seem like their managers have their backs, which is sad.
Glad to have Ron at this location but I wish he could go back to the reading location reading went down hill every sinces he left I'm sorry but Popeyes always better when it ran by black folks white people always rude mean and nasty but I had great visit at Popeyes today they had help and the speed of service was fast and food was hot and fresh and good job today Popeyes
