I don’t know why it just took a hour to get food, I had 2 combos but a family of 5 can come in and order a 100 dollars worth of food and got it before I got mines. Please get this shit together in here

I was so mad when I finally got the food, I didn’t even look the bag. Get all the way home for the tenders not to be in the bag

Restaurant was clean food was good. Staff was non attentive, had to wave to an employee in the back after waiting over 5 minutes to take customers. Order took almost 15 minutes. Spent a little over 20 minutes there, only ever saw two other custmers (in the drive thru).

The food wasn’t good, the girl kept asking me but still got my order wrong and said they didn’t have any coleslaw so I got what was supposed to be rice and beans was not able to eat it threw most of food away I wouldn’t suggest going there if you’re white

this popeyes in reading , on reading rd. around 3.00 wed june 11th. I stopped in drive thru to get a Chicken Wrap. The young man didn't want to be bothered with me at all. I felt so uncomfortable and guilty for even pulling in..I will not go back..That's a Promise!

I always get shorted at this store. Bought 2 meals 1 dark meat the other white meat. The chick that took my order was the same person that put my order into the boxes. I was charged for an extra breast & got a wing instead. I give up on this store, nobody can put an order together right

My daughter and me were doordashing and she went in there the food wasn't ready and she walked out to wait went back in there and the cashier gave her additude and my daughter has anger issues and mental health anyway she walked out and said a worker gave her additude and I triggered her so don't come to this Popeyes yall suck
