I just drove 20 minutes out my way for chicken. And they don’t have any? At 5pm! I been gone 3 years, I should have stayed gone.

Every time I go it only takes a few minutes to get my food and the bone in chicken is always hot, fresh and juicy.

This is the worst restaurant ever. We need to come together and get this restaurant out our neighborhood. Will never patronize with this place again. Never have food, close early, food is not all the way cook, and a 100% poor service. Years of poor service

Very rude! Not professional at all not nice. That’s why no customers there and very bad reviews. If you’re not going to be nice don’t work.

They have bad customer service when you order late. They gave me the wrong order after I received a message to my phone stating my order was at the door I realized it was the wrong order and I kept calling Popeyes but they have no working phone at night which makes it impossible for them to fix any late night deliveries that happens to be there fault. If you can ake people money online please be available if something is wrong with there order this us unacceptable.

Terrible service the man deliberately put 2 separate orders in the same bag and tried to force me to take it as if he wasn’t informed from the jump to separate the orders the wildest part about the whole situation is this was a manager the manager presently on shift at this very moment do better it’s a camera on my vehicle just in case you deny it I want you to deny it so I could prove you wrong never disrespect me ever you never know who you may be disrespecting so be mindful

Closed early and didn’t bother turning off online orders. Paid $25 for NO FOOD. Rude service to top it off. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund because they don’t know how customer service works. Definitely come here if you like wasting money and time.

Every time I’ve ordered from this Popeyes, what I got was not what I ordered. There’s either multiple things missing or they’re wrong completely. Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes, missing cheese and bacon on sandwiches, etc. and good luck getting any type of refund from customer service if you get it delivered. The staff is also always very rude. They have no respect for their jobs or the people they serve.
