The manager and the other girl working together we're very rude and the manager put her arm like over the other employee like she was going to like jump over the counter and try to fight me or something They are very unprofessional. If I could give them -10 Stars I would. Upper management I suggest getting better people in there to work that do not have an attitude problem.

Our food was very good, no complaints there. We interacted with four people behind the counter. Two of the four were clearly irritated that we didn’t know everything about the procedures and options. Next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try a different place and see how that goes. There are plenty of options in the area.

This place is unique, and the subs are tasty and affordable. They do get slammed at lunch (especially with online orders), but we only waited 15 mins or so in line.

Very low effort and not very friendly cashier who couldn't bother to put all my items in a bag. Milkshake, soup, salad, dressing cup, crackers, fork, spoon, knife, straw. It was "fun" carrying all that with 2 hands... Thanks. Marshmallow shake tasted like chemicals and was bitter, slightly burning throat. Threw it out and wondered if I was poisoned. No iconic mini cookie given with milkshake either. Pretty sure I was overcharged on this meal. Male worker with dreads and skinny female worker were alright for the record.
Fyi the parking code paper does not scan and the effort it takes to go through all these hoops for a bad meal makes this a horrible trip. Watch your back for homeless and opportunists that stand around the courtyard and walkways.

I’ve only ordered here a handful of times and somehow they’ve managed to lose my order twice. They made it and then misplaced it within the store. I’ve waited over 45 min each time only to find out it was ready and getting cold sitting somewhere lost in the store. Seriously. They are constantly backed up for lunch and never have enough staff on hand. It’s the same problem every day so figure it out and staff more people. The poor staff are running around like chickens with heads cut off because things are constantly going wrong or they are backed up on orders. Get a new manager for this store.

Asked for a regular Mediterranean on white. Got a skinny on wheat…… I’m not sure what the point of ordering the sandwich before hand if I can’t even get the correct thing I asked for at check out and not even double checking it’s correct.

Potbelly located at Fountain Square is a reliable submarine sandwich restaurant. They offer shakes, soup and can toast the sandwiches. The quality of the food is dependable with the ingredients including the bread, meats and veggies. Staff changes frequently but they are fast enough in making the sandwiches and usually polite and personable. I go there when desiring a sub so it is recommended.
