We ordered a meatball sandwich and blta sandwich with a discount delivery thru Uber eats. We tipped in advance 15% (which I hate that restaurants have you do that before you even get your meal but afraid not to tip in advance or who knows what your food will be like or when you get it). We received our order from Uber eats on time. We received a chicken sandwich instead of the meatball hoagie. So we called potbelly and they said that they would contact Uber eats to refund us (even though it wasn't Uber eats fault). He said once we got the refund from Uber eats we could call and reorder our meal. But wouldn't resend our correct order. Said we could pick it up but my husband who is an amputee explained that is why we ordered our food for delivery because he was down and couldn't go pick it up. That still didn't mean anything to the person at potbelly. So we lost our $5 tip, our discount from Uber and $20 for our order. I tried to contact potbelly and explained what happened but never heard back. We never got our money refunded. I received 1 slice of bacon on my blta (no lie). The sandwiches we did receive if they were correct were disgusting looking. Made super sloppy also. We ordered from LaRosa's and my blt was amazing! 0 stars for potbelly! You all should be ashamed honestly especially management not even getting back to me.

I am so grateful to Jabbar Salaah and his team for accommodating such a large catering order so quickly. A few weeks ago a caterer called and cancelled our order with less than an hour until it was due. I called and Mr. Salaah answered. He listened to my short diatribe about the issue I was facing and quickly got to work making an order for 30+ people. I can't thank you guys enough for saving the conference! Thank you Mr. Salaah!!

My order didn't go through on Google maps so when I got there my food wasn't ready but I did get charged so they were very nice and made my order even though it didn't show in their system. 10/10 love potbelly and definitely will come back, I just won't use Google maps to order anymore.Parking: Kinda packed but not too bad. It's not too far to walk.

I got a "skinny" sandwich and chili. Very tasty and filling. It was lunch time but not crowded so I was in and out quickly. Price was reasonable in this day and age. On the go so I didn't get a chance to take a pic, probably on the next go roundEnjoyed it so I will be a return customer a cut above subway and jersey Mike's. Thumbs High.?

First time for me. Just another sub shop I thought. And yeah, similar, but this sandwich has so much more flavor than you get at that other sub shop! I got the Italian with oil, pickles lettuce and Italian seasoning. It was really good, and more meat than I expected. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and want a sandwich!

Ordered pickup last night. Roast beef was on my italian. Your new chicken on my chicken club is disgusting and there was no bacon. I would call and complain but ill just be offered a credit which i wont use because your food is nasty now. I used to like potbelly but i wont be back anytime soon unless you bring back quality ingredients.

Trashy Potbelly.... The two sandwich makers just stared, no smile or greeting, like you're bothering them when you're placing your order. Only been here twice and both times they were was incredibly rude. Ordered the Avo Turkey, she didn't add the avocado or cucumber. I notified the cashier and she asked them to make a new sandwich (which I did not request). They made me wait for my replacement sandwich until the line ended. The cashier came over to my table, handed me a coupon for a free sandwich with an apology. Thought that was sweet, I had never asked for compensation.Feel sorry for the cashier. She's working hard while these two employees were move extremely slow, laughing and talking to themselves while 8 customers in line patiently waiting. The cashier was ringing out customers, serving soup, cleaning the tables, while those two are standing there, staring, getting on their cellphones, laughing to each other, and talking to themselves out loud.What has happened to good customer service? No one seems to care anymore. I didn't finish my food and left because I lost my appetite. Felt very unwelcomed, I won't be back.
