While the food was good as the past three time we have ordered, it's not prepared properly. One order we we totally missing a sandwich, had to go back, one order we ordered and paid 2 bowls of soup. We received cups. Yesterday ordered a avo turkey and Swiss. Received just turkey. No avocado and no Swiss. Just turkey on an overbaked bun! Not cool. Step it up potbelly! Very disappointed

This was my first time in that location and I had to write a review because their food is so good! I ordered the sandwich/salad pair. For the price I paid, the salad and sandwich was a great size. The apple pecan salad was delicious, as well as the sandwich. I ordered it online and they got everything right. With how expensive everything has gotten this was well worth it. Thank you.

Had Potbelly Northgate make sandwiches/sides for our bridal shower of about 30. Favorite place to eat for our future daughter-in-law. Worked with Sean prior to event to ask questions. Next visit with Sean was to place order that I had detailed on paper. Received the Sat phone call I requested to make sure that we were on the schedule for Sun pickup. Event/food went off without issues. Received many complements about sandwiches and sides (Mac & Cheese was a hit as well as Apple Walnut Salad). I overlooked an item that I should have accomplished at checkout and spoke to Sean about it. It was too late to address the issue, but Sean still worked with me to satisfy me. Must say the entire experience was what I was hoping for and Sean and gang made it happen. Thank you, Northgate Potbelly!

The staff are always friendly, the place is always clean, and the food is always tasty! I’m a regular here and the team usually recognizes me and remembers my order. Even during rushes, I don’t wait very long to get my food. Portions and pricing are fair. Highly recommend the chocolate brownie cookie!

Why tf can’t nobody get through when they call yall? The phone rings twice and then “iM sOrRy ThE nUmBeR tHaT yOu DiAlEd iS nOt In SeRvIcE” which doesn’t make sense because the number I’m calling is the number listed on google AND DoorDash. And who tf be making the DoorDash orders but can’t read? It cost $5 to add avocado but there’s never any avocado in my salad. And then I ordered two chocolate brownie cookies and received one plus one chocolate chip. A different I ordered two again and didn’t receive any cookies at all.

Ordered online for pickup, my food is 35 minutes late from the pickup time and I’ve been asked for my name 3 times only for 10+ people to be served before me.

We stopped up today and the staff was so great and courteous. Will definitely be coming back.

Dude I come here from time to time, you guys please take note, if someone orders hot peppers and the hot pepper ranch, they probably are into the whole spicy foods scene…. You forgot BOTH. Sandwich was still good. But man, what a let down… a sorry sandwich.

we frequently visit this location. The app gives us free sandwiches sometimes. I reccomend the chicken cordon blue (I’m not sure I spelled that correctly)

Worst $60 spent. And wasn’t mad about the money until I seen this 🤮 it was mediocre at best and that’s if you haven’t eaten in a couple days, sandwich had no topping and was made like they just threw it together. Nobody cares for their jobs anymore and you can see it in your food. Worst experience ever and I’ve order this sandwich before and was made perfectly at a different location but this was by far the worst and the manager didn’t maker it any better. Very disappointed ☹️

For the Mediterranean sandwich I would give it 9out of 10 . For the steakhouse beef 4 out of 10
For the chicken salad sandwich 7 out of 10.
Overall the atmosphere and the service were excellent.
I recommend and I will definitely come again.
