Came to pick up a load, people are nice. Only lost a star because this place is NOT sleeper truck friendly!!!Day cab guys no problem... but getting turned around to get in a door is a beast!!! So so tight!!!Once in a door, started loading right away!

Terrible as previously stated for truck drivers. Wait times are outrageous. Don’t bother calling the phone number for shipping and receiving will go straight to voicemail every time. Nobody ever in a hurry here be prepared to wait.

For truckers! No parking, basically no space for backing in the docks! If you come be ready to damage your equipment and jack knife making the best impossible u turn especially if there is another truck on one of the 2 docks! Parking lot is like an obstacle course with pallets, dumpsters, scrap metal on pallets...Slow and unorganized! Lost a whole day... 5.5 hours to get loaded, and after hour and a half of driving they called to tell me to come back because they loaded the wrong product... another hour and a half of driving and another hour and a half of unloading.... i don't count the dead head ... wasted 9-10 hours here...P.s Two of the people i spoke with were very pleasant and decent! God Bless

I lived on Ditsch pretzels when I was working in Germany. In the morning a pretzel and a coffee is the perfect breakfast! So glad to see them distributing in the US now. I just hope they open a shop on my commute to work! Or, at least distribute to local stores near Boston.

Tight but not too bad. Only had one fork lift operator working took a while to get loaded. Driveway is tight especially if you have shift change happening.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! PREVIOUS Employee. Horrible experience. When I had my interview with Allen M. he initially seemed like a caring person that supported his staff. I was already in a rough situation. I explained to him that I was a single mother going through hardships, but I am willing to work, if he would give me a chance. After 2 weeks on the job, I was kicked out of my housing. I was upset at work. I was pulled aside by Allen. He told me that my crying was bothering my co-workers. I needed to pull myself together or I would be sent home.Nobody cares. The support staff doesn't even speak English. The understood languages in this plant are Spanish and African dialects. The lead in production, Carmen, REFUSES to speak in English, and since she is going on maternity leave, her replacement has already been selected,( Mayra), and she also refuses to speak English. Jeff Gilkey, the plant manager, does not care about the staff, or supporting staff. They do not train you for your job, and if you ask questions, it will be assumed as insubordination.

I bought several small bags of the Pretzel Bites at Kroger, great price and good taste B U T we bought several bags at two weeks ago and within a few days they were moldy. Noticed there is no BEST USE BY DATE anywhere on the bag so you have no idea how fresh or how old they are. I wrote the company a week ago and never heard a word back. That is terrible customer service and now they get a little bad PR I guess. Sorry to say.

When you google them, it shows that they have a STORE at their location. My husband and I thought “Great! Let’s visit!” There’s no store. But the nice receptionist did give us two coupons!

Not much space to back up your truck here if there is other trucks parked. Appointment 12pm and was out by 3:30pm.

Oh my you need more advertisement I never knew you guys were around your pretzel bites are off the hook. Light, buttery, soft and oh so good. I wish I knew about you when I was a Scout leader those boys would have bought you out. Advertising would be nice. But don't change a thing!!!
