. I work upstairs at Corporate institution above Prim. I watched them remodel this spot I would walk past everyday excited for it to open. I have since visited PRIM a few times and I'm highly impressed with the decor. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The first bouncer was very pleasant and had a beautiful spirit. The taller heavier weight light skinned bouncer is rude unprofessional, and as a result of how my self and my family were treated last night 2/21/2026 I will absolutely never ever visit Prim again, I would also never recommend Prim again. One of my family members wore a black hoodie because it was cold last night and he of course he was denied entry. I assumed he would allow him in due to me being there last month I saw two guys with gray hoodies on inside of Prim. I literally wish I could of taken a picture. Also last month the servers were rude and horrible spirits, not friendly. But that's another story. I understand the dress code, but if you do for one be sure to do for others. Also my biggest issue is how the tall light heavy weight skinned bouncer spoke to my family and I. You should speak to people with respect and professionaly. That bouncer is a horrible representation of Prim. The 4 of us that were dressed appropriately were denied entry due to reservations. The heavy weight bouncer stated we needed to make reservations to enter and because we did not have reservations we were denied entry.. I personally do not want an apology so keep that. I just wanted to state how I felt and PRIM should be aware of who they hire because it's a reflection of their establishment. Once again this one incident has a long lasting impact and I will never ever return. Please do not apologize because it means absolutely nothing to me an I will not accept it. Be sure to address your bouncer and how they speak to potential guests.

As I stated how you treat people is important, how you communicate with someone is important. The bouncers representarion of you and your establishment was horrible and No I will never return. Very unique bar in downtown. I really liked the atmosphere and decor of the bar. The cocktails were unique but tasty which can sometimes be difficult to do.
I also liked their shot they had in a chocolate shot glass. You should head here at least once to experience it!

It was fun trying all of my friendās birthstone themed cocktails and chatting with the staff. Great energy behind the bar, especially holding it down solo on a busy night. Seemed like heād be fire in the kitchen. Classy spot for a memorable drink!
