Love Prima Vista.... Always our favorite place to go! The food is delicious and the service is always outstanding! I highly recommend!

While we have dinner periodically here, every October for quite some time, we celebrate our anniversary and birthdays, as Prima Vista did a terrific job with service and food. Always enjoyable, but not this time. For whatever reason, this year ‘s visit was extremely disappointing. In advance we made our reservation for four people and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated while other parties were seated before us. It wasn't until about 5 minutes before seating us they gave us an excuse for our wait. We waited for 10 minutes for our server to greet us and take our drink order. Once we ordered our dinner it took almost 45 minutes to arrive at the table. One person's dinner was cold and they took it back to reheat it and it was still cold when they brought it back. They offered this person to order something else, but the rest of the party were almost finished with their meal so that person chose not to order something as they would be the only one eating while the remainder of the party sits and waits. One person in the party had a walker and one of the staff insisted on storing it and they would bring it when we were ready. That never happened, and one person from our party went to find it because we couldn't get anyone's attention. Just to give an idea of the time frame, we arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before our 6:30 pm reservation and did not leave the restaurant until after 9 pm. It is truly unfortunate that we had such an all around terrible experience. It will be a long time before we ever consider returning.

Our server was outstanding and the food was good. The kitchen was behind and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes before it was served. The Manager said they were very busy and everybody ordered at once. Usually we wouldn't mind but we were seated by the kitchen door in the middle aisle. It was extremely noisy anyway but the customer seated by the window to the side of us was so loud. The couple sitting parallel to us complained to the manager about him. We realize you can't ask a customer to be quiet and there was nothing the manager could do in this situation.

Despite making our reservation weeks ago, we were being sat at a table for 1 with a 2nd chair squeezed in and up against a pole. We decline that table and waited for another. Food was ok, not over the top for the price. Staff was extremely nice and truly a saving grace for the restaurant!

I'd never been to Prima Vista before, but had heard wonderful things about it. We started with calamari, which was nothing to write home about, and ordered a Caesar salad, which was tasty. For my entree I ordered Veal Picatta, which I'd had at other restaurants in the past. Prima Vista's was pounded paper thin, looked grayish green in color, was served with 2 peeled lemon slices on top, and the sauce had very little flavor other then lemon. It was served with polenta, which was delicious, and fresh green beans. It definitely wasn't worth the $36.00 they charged. They also served bread with a garlic butter and roasted garlic cloves on the side. The butter itself was dark and tasted nothing like butter OR garlic. We poured olive oil (which was on the table) on our bread plate, seasoned with salt and pepper and mixed the roasted garlic cloves in it....much better. Desert was a warm brownie topped with gelato, had a scoop of fresh whipped cream next to it, separated by a piece of white chocolate with nuts, and it was all drizzled with dark chocolate...that was yummy!!

A wonderful evening for my wife's birthday. Very enjoyable and food was magnificent. One of our favorite restaurants. See you again soon.

Server was nice and attentive. The food was decent but definitely not worth the cost. Not a fan of how they feel compelled to run any minor detail change past the chef as if he's doing some grand favor. My wife asked for her salmon to be slightly more cooked. Pretty basic request. Ambiance was super dull and the whole palace seemed very dated. Won't be back. Too many other vibrant Italian places in Cincy for this

My husband and I both had the filet. The filets were the best we have ever had. We ordered rare and medium and both were done to perfection. We started with pasta fagioli which was excellent. Our server, Deborah, was outstanding. Perfect night with best view in town.

We always have dinner here prior to the last seasonal show at the Warsaw Incline Treater. They never disappoint and last night was no different. The service by Alexander was fantastic. The food delicious and the view second to none. Also, we have yet to dine there that the manager hasn't stopped at the table to ensure our experience is what we expected. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Go for the view, love it for the food and service. This is a restaurant which never fails to impress. It boasts one of the best, most memorable urban views in the US, along with a creatively presented mostly traditional menu, deliciously executed. The service was impeccable, from the wait staff, and the brief visit from the manager, to the fast, friendly valet. Great choice for an upscale dinner.

As I remember from years ago, the view from Prima Vista is astounding. The service was fantastic and our meal was delicious.

It took 40 minutes to get our entre after our salads. Food was awesome but service was not. One large, drunken party near our table really affected our experience. This is usually our once a year, special excursion. It was not.
