Mario was out waiter and he was amazing! Dry attentive and friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday lunch with my sisters.

Had 3 waiters yet no one checked on our table for 20 minutes after a 99 dollar ribeye steak arrives. Asked for medium it was cold red and burnt on outside. My 20 dollar bourbon sat empty for 40 minutes. Waiter did best to apologize but mood and dinner date was ruined. Calamari was really good

Our experience was impeccable. Our server was fantastic and allowed us a leisurely meal. We never felt either rushed or neglected. The food was wonderful. We will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing dinner for my father at prime Cincinnati. Mario was our server and he was impeccable. The food was wonderful. The service was great and they went out of the way to make sure we had a very special occasion.

We had a wonderful window seat that enhanced our experience. Husband ended up with 2 different entrees (in error) both seafood/shrimp pasta dishes. Both were great but the unexpected “listed as new” dish was over the top delicious. We also shared the wedge salad & would recommend! Service was on point aside from delivery of wrong order which they graciously left since hubby had already dug in.

We were seated promptly but the service was very slow. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to get our drinks (wine and beer). We ordered an appetizer from the regular menu, which never came. The Caesar salad comprised of very large croutons, Parmesan, romaine, and lackluster dressing. The steaks were cooked and seasoned well. The truffle mac n cheese did have a hint of truffle flavor but was overall bland. The asparagus lacked flavor. It was topped with some sort of balsamic glaze and goat cheese that did not pair well with the boiled vegetable. Our waiter seemed uncomfortable and rushed. Service needs improvement: plating was upside down, plates were not placed carefully on the table, long stretches of time when no one checked on our table, timing of dishes were off, spillage from dishes while being served was left on the table. Will I come back? Probably not. I feel like the price didn’t match the service. I just felt like the establishment didn’t really care…

Party of six, happy hour at bar. Terrible service by two inattentive bartenders. We will think twice before going back!

Not impressed. Outdoor seating area was trashy; cheap, furniture with holes in it. Food was overpriced… $45 for a 6 ounce steak with no sides. Nothing special about the steak. The porch chop came out pink. I originally thought it was all fat, but after inspection, it was barely cooked. It didn’t seem worth saying anything, as it took 20 minutes every time we needed refills.

Filet trio and the sea bass were both very good, loaded flat tots were just ok, lobster bisque and Caesar salad were tasty. Service was a little slow, especially towards the end. Overall satisfied with the Restaurant week meal, made it great to try Prime.

We had an incredible experience at Prime Steakhouse. Our steaks were amazing and I loved the brussel sprout casserole. We love the ambiance there and our server was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and they really made the evening a special experience. They had printed special personalized menus wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The location is great too! I highly recommend Prime Steakhouse.

We were there during Restaurant Week and the restaurant was quite busy and the staff had a hard time keeping up. The kitchen and servers did their best. The food was excellent. There were three of us and we all had a different main and side and all were excellent and prepared well. Prime is always a good choice.

This was only the second time we dined here. The first time we were not impressed but this time was very good. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the service was good, although they kept trying to remove dishes before we were finished. The key lime pie was excellent! But the bread was too hard and chewy. Overall, would recommend.
