We were seated promptly but the service was very slow. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to get our drinks (wine and beer). We ordered an appetizer from the regular menu, which never came. The Caesar salad comprised of very large croutons, Parmesan, romaine, and lackluster dressing. The steaks were cooked and seasoned well. The truffle mac n cheese did have a hint of truffle flavor but was overall bland. The asparagus lacked flavor. It was topped with some sort of balsamic glaze and goat cheese that did not pair well with the boiled vegetable. Our waiter seemed uncomfortable and rushed. Service needs improvement: plating was upside down, plates were not placed carefully on the table, long stretches of time when no one checked on our table, timing of dishes were off, spillage from dishes while being served was left on the table. Will I come back? Probably not. I feel like the price didn’t match the service. I just felt like the establishment didn’t really care…

Party of six, happy hour at bar. Terrible service by two inattentive bartenders. We will think twice before going back!

Not impressed. Outdoor seating area was trashy; cheap, furniture with holes in it. Food was overpriced… $45 for a 6 ounce steak with no sides. Nothing special about the steak. The porch chop came out pink. I originally thought it was all fat, but after inspection, it was barely cooked. It didn’t seem worth saying anything, as it took 20 minutes every time we needed refills.

Filet trio and the sea bass were both very good, loaded flat tots were just ok, lobster bisque and Caesar salad were tasty. Service was a little slow, especially towards the end. Overall satisfied with the Restaurant week meal, made it great to try Prime.

We had an incredible experience at Prime Steakhouse. Our steaks were amazing and I loved the brussel sprout casserole. We love the ambiance there and our server was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and they really made the evening a special experience. They had printed special personalized menus wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The location is great too! I highly recommend Prime Steakhouse.

We were there during Restaurant Week and the restaurant was quite busy and the staff had a hard time keeping up. The kitchen and servers did their best. The food was excellent. There were three of us and we all had a different main and side and all were excellent and prepared well. Prime is always a good choice.

This was only the second time we dined here. The first time we were not impressed but this time was very good. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the service was good, although they kept trying to remove dishes before we were finished. The key lime pie was excellent! But the bread was too hard and chewy. Overall, would recommend.

My filet was great. We shared brussel sprouts and a salad. The tater tots are amazing! One person in our party had a bit of gristle, but otherwise great. Overall, this is a good place to eat and the servers were very kind and attentive. I will return.

Went to Prime for my birthday. It was superb! I got the Triple medallions. The Peppercorn sauce was my favorite. Also the creamed spinach with butternut squash was delicious! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

After 15 minutes, got drinks. After 40 total minutes, finally got bread. After 50, got appetizer. After 70, got food. Took 10 mins until they noticed we needed refills as another 10 to get them. The 3 of us only had 20 minutes to eat until we had to watch Cincinnati Ballet. Got $50 pork chops and it was just fat and we didn’t have time to send it back. Got $50 sea bass and it was okay but the spices made it not taste like sea bass. We got 2 baskets of hard bread with bad/inconvenient olive oil. It was a nice day, so we reserved outside. But the sun was in our eyes, even though they could have used the shield, and the fans were off.

Our experience was so lovely, we both enjoyed our entree’s! My third time dining with your establishment, this was his first time, he was very impressed! The lamb chops were so delicious and he said one of the best steaks he ever had! We will be back soon, thanks for an awesome night!!! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere ❤️

Our server was spectacular. The right amount of attentiveness and engagement. We sat in the bar and the seats are relatively uncomfortable. The food was good. The calamari is much lighter than most. The Delmonico was prepared a perfect medium rare and tasted even better than it looked. Exquisite! The baked potato was comically enormous. We added shrimp and the flavor was indescribable. Very tasty!

As usual, we had a wonderful dinner experience at Prime. The owner and our wait staff confirmed that we were headed to a show afterward and kept our food coming at just the right pace. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks were divine. The only issue for me was that at 5' tall, I was not able to reach the rung on the seat at the high top table, so my feet dangled throughout dinner.
