Prime is a very good restaurant and everything we ordered tasted great. If you've ever been to a top-notch steakhouse, you'll recognize this isn't quite that, but don't let that deter you from visiting. My only disappointment was the service seemed a tad slow and inattentive to my party, considering the volume of diners. Yet still, I would certainly visit again.
Went to Prime before seeing Hell's Kitchen. Food and service were excellent. They even serve specialty drinks catered to the shows at the Aronoff! Can't beat the location for before going to the theater. Filet was perfection! Will definitely go back!
It was nice to have a reservation and be seated immediately, although our entire party had not yet arrived. Servers were very accommodating. It seemed as though there was only 1 person taking orders for beverages, so ordering drinks was a bit slow. My 2nd glass of wine arrived within minutes of us leaving, so it felt like I had to rush because we had somewhere else to go. Food was seasoned well, and was very tasty.
