Small space, love seeing what is basically a mini Japanese bakery (rare to find). We tried a few things, the Japanese Cheesecake is pricey at $10 but is pretty good (literally a hybrid between white cake and cheesecake I'd say). But our favorite pastry was the Hokkaido Sweet Cheese Bread. The bread was like a sweet fluffy dinner roll with buttery creamy cream cheese filling.
The DRINKS of course is why we came - pretty good boba tea. I branched out with red velvet + custard and was happy. Mango mango also great.

There was a bug in my drink and it’s not just a fly this thing is pretty damn big.
30 minutes past opening and they are still closed. There’s people walking by but the person inside still hasn’t opened. Made the decision to go somewhere else instead of waiting.
Cute space. However, the boba was undercooked after waiting 10 minutes for it to cook. The tea was not particularly flavorful. A bit more expensive than what I'm used to paying. The server was alone and very nice! There are three small tables to sit at inside, but it seemed like most people take away.

Very unprofessional I felt very less then when I just wanted an exchange..& they made the situation huge instead of just reimbursing me for that nasty drink I literally spit it out & I genuinely felt like she rushed it

Loved it! I've never had Bubble tea before and the strawberry flavor was great!!!
I stopped in for a short snack walking around the area. Super cool selection of Japanese breads and pastries, and a wide variety of teas/milks to choose from and add boba to! I got the Peach Milk tea with aloe as well as a BBQ Pork bun which was delicious. Cute little shop with some indoor seats by the window, air-conditioned.

I tried the Japanese cheesecake, and it was not worth the price.

I ordered delivery for their Japanese cheesecake and brown sugar milk boba with mango crystals, no tea added, almond milk and 30%sugar. Overall it is good, but I wouldn’t say it is the absolute best. The boba despite being 30% sugar, was very sweet to my taste, maybe they should add an option of 10% (their current options are 30% ,50%, 70%, normal, or extra sugar). The taste was good otherwise. The cheesecake was fluffy and moist, but the serving is little small for the price. Overall the whole place is little bit on the expensive side.
