We really looked forward to sharing a night out at Quaker Steak...service was very slow, refills in drinks were not offered...waitress was non attentive...steak was so tough I could not eat.....we received a refund....will reconsider returning

I haven't visited this place often but the experience I had was awesome. I was never forgotten about, food was delicious (try the 16 oz ribeye) and you felt welcomed. I will definitely return!

My son and I stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. After being seated for 15 minutes, I had to go to the front to ask if we had a waitress assigned to our table. I was told they shouldn't have sat us there and instead of moving tables, someone 'would be by'.
Five minutes later, as I was packing up to leave, someone came by to take our drink order.
We ordered food, which came out at a normal time. The boneless wings were overcooked and undersauced. The loaded fries looked like they had been sitting for a good 20 minutes under a heat lamp. My sons grilled cheese looked fine.
Overall, the only thing worth coming in for was the cool cars on the ceiling. At least the beer was cold.
Super disappointed, I doubt we come back.

The food was good, our server was nice and funny, but the manager did forget about us and our request that he was going to take care of necer happened. That doesn't take away from the girl who took very good care of us

Took FOREVER to get service. When she did arrive, she was great..but then she disappeared again. One of THE longest dining experiences that didn't need to be.

Will not return. Waited 20 minutes to be seated because they couldn’t figure out how to get a table for 7 plus one baby despite a whole section being open that was “closed.” They set a table for 6 plus ONE baby even though we told them 7 people before the baby was even in sight, had to wait again while they rearranged. Mind you this was at 8pm on a Saturday night so they weren’t closed for another FOUR hours. Server came out strong and seemed great, appetizers came out quick and were good. Then…it somehow took super long to get the food which came out COLD?? Server didn’t check on us very often and forgot to order our toddler’s kid’s meal. The kids meal came out when we were all done eating and she had fallen asleep by this time. Workers chatting the whole time to each other and cleaning very close to our and others tables while eating, again still 4 hours to close and this was happening. Won’t be visiting again, save your time, go to TGI Fridays.

I don't stiff servers EVER but this server was by far the worst I have EVEN encountered. Never again horrible experience, horrible food, horrible service. Would recommend finding somewhere else to eat.

The host took us to our seat immediately with 1 napkin and NO silverware. Our waitress took our drink order and food order quickly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We asked our waitress for some silverware we sat for about 10 minutes before she came back to ask if everything was tasting good. She apologized for not getting our silverware she was apparently pulled to the other side. So they were more important than her current table who had food but no way of eating it?? At least our food had enough time to cool down so we didn’t burn our tongues! Will not come back to this location

Me and my husband stopped in for an early dinner and had Skyler as a bartender. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the menu and the drink menu she helped pick out a drink and what I wanted for dinner her costumer service is amazing we need more people like Skyler in this world we live in nowadays we will be back thanks again
