Food good. I went twice while in area since near where we stayed. Recommended by family and was sad that such good food had poor service. Tall man and black hair short woman was rude in time I ate. Food 5 star , service could improved.

They allow us to make a reservation for New Year's Eve but when we got there, they were closed. (Dark and all the chairs were on top of the tables.) At that point all the other restaurants were booked and we were out of luck. I am furious.

The food was so good!!! I loved the anime shows playing and the waiters were so knowledgeable and believed in the menu. Absolutely recommend to anyone!!

I took a tour group here with Riverside Food Tours. I made a reservation and they were ready for our group of six. Not easy! It's a very small place. But it's cozy and friendly and most of the guests picked the okonomiyaki as their favorite dish. I've had it myself and it's DELICIOUS! That's why I love bringing people here. 😊

Its okay. It is a bit pricey compared to the other places around them. My biggest issue is the service, there's one bartender/server and they are usually talking for fun at the bar, that you'll be waiting a good bit to even get your order taken. Not to mention it can take up to 25 mins or more (I finished an anime episode there) to even get your food, so this is truly a sit down and not a lunch spot.
Food is good though, just be mindful of your time.

Wow, never had Okonomiyaki before; it was the perfect warm weather option. “Cabbage pancake” doesn’t do it justice, it was so delicious! Highly recommend.
