Don't know why there is not a tamper proof seal on a pizza box when a stranger delivers your food ,seems like it would be common sense and much safer these days.

Some of the best smelling and tasting pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Makes the main stream places like dominos, Pizza Hut, little zesars, lorazos, snappy’s, donatos, and papa John’s. I’d pick Queen City pizza over them everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. They might not have the glamour and shine of an establishment with a main stream name like papa John’s but there pizza and quality of care for what they are cooking for customers speaks for itself. If you’ve never tried this pizza I highly recommend trying it. My fiancé and I live all the way in Walton, ky but we still will travel here for the pizza. We just make sure to do some door dashing along the way and way back so it’s pays for the gas and the food plus we get some money to take home.

Love their hoagies, pizza, and wings. Never have to ask for extra sauce or extra cheese because the portions are always done RIGHT! Staff is super friendly. My aunt and uncle have been ordering from there on the regular for years.
We are not really in the delivery area but they deliver to us. Can't say enough good things about this place. Great sauce, yummy cheese, the Queens deluxe is so good.

Today I called Queen City Pizza and tried to order 1 extra large Pizza and I medium Pizza. I was interrupted several time and hung up on. I have order from them several times so I'm not a new customer. The last time I called the lady said the price was to high call back later cause we busy and I'm trying to leave. And was kind of rude. Never have I ever received such rude customer service from this place. Didn't get to order anything

This place has really gone down hill in the last 10 years sadly... My family used to order from them all the time when I was younger so I ordered it yesterday for the pure nostalgia and it was just horrible, it was a complete waste of money. We placed our order online, which apparently was the first problem because you cannot order online no matter what device/browser you use if you have an account and are logged into it. If you are logged in, then the website doesn't work at all, simply showing you a wallpaper of a pizza with blank boxes that you cannot interact with. When we figured this out, my husband and I logged out and placed our order as a guest instead. We ordered the family meal deal with an addition of 2 extra cups of pizza sauce and 2 cups of garlic. I paid almost 7 dollars for 4 cups of sauce in total. We only received 2 of them, the pizza sauce. Lastly, upon serving my family their portions I found that the "hand made" pizza crust was burnt all around the edges and along bottom. It was over cooked and frankly a bit greasy even?? ><| Their website doesn't have a customer service link only a phone number. I didn't call because I hate confrontation but I will never order from Queen City Pizza ever again
