Queen City Pizza is absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — you can really tell they care about quality. The staff is friendly, fast, and make you feel right at home every time you walk in. Whether it’s their perfectly crispy crust, cheesy pizzas, or great sides, everything hits the spot. Placed an order online for a large well done pepperoni and bacon pizza. Cut in squares. I even called to insure that it was supposed to be well done. I received the pizza and it’s not even close to being well done. It’s barely baked. Pizza not cut probably and it’s full of grease. I called the store and the guy was far from helpful. Told me to go on the website to submit a complaint, but there’s no place for that at all. Terrible service.

Don't know why there is not a tamper proof seal on a pizza box when a stranger delivers your food ,seems like it would be common sense and much safer these days.

Some of the best smelling and tasting pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Makes the main stream places like dominos, Pizza Hut, little zesars, lorazos, snappy’s, donatos, and papa John’s. I’d pick Queen City pizza over them everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. They might not have the glamour and shine of an establishment with a main stream name like papa John’s but there pizza and quality of care for what they are cooking for customers speaks for itself. If you’ve never tried this pizza I highly recommend trying it. My fiancé and I live all the way in Walton, ky but we still will travel here for the pizza. We just make sure to do some door dashing along the way and way back so it’s pays for the gas and the food plus we get some money to take home.
