This place has really gone down hill in the last 10 years sadly... My family used to order from them all the time when I was younger so I ordered it yesterday for the pure nostalgia and it was just horrible, it was a complete waste of money. We placed our order online, which apparently was the first problem because you cannot order online no matter what device/browser you use if you have an account and are logged into it. If you are logged in, then the website doesn't work at all, simply showing you a wallpaper of a pizza with blank boxes that you cannot interact with. When we figured this out, my husband and I logged out and placed our order as a guest instead. We ordered the family meal deal with an addition of 2 extra cups of pizza sauce and 2 cups of garlic. I paid almost 7 dollars for 4 cups of sauce in total. We only received 2 of them, the pizza sauce. Lastly, upon serving my family their portions I found that the "hand made" pizza crust was burnt all around the edges and along bottom. It was over cooked and frankly a bit greasy even?? ><| Their website doesn't have a customer service link only a phone number. I didn't call because I hate confrontation but I will never order from Queen City Pizza ever again

Ordered the last 3 evenings in a row and had no issue. The second time I had to give my address again but this last time a gentleman on the phone stated “I’m the computer operator and the phone operator and so I manage these systems and I don’t see your address. I’ll add it now and it will be locked in”. That took about 5 minutes. Then I ordered and he asked for my card. I recited the card and he asked for the whole number again. This time slowing me to a second per number. He was struggling. I could see that and rather have him continue to struggle I asked that he get help. He said ok. About 3 minutes later, he got back on the phone. “Hello, you needed help with your card” I asked if he was able to find someone to which he said “I am someone else. I’m a girl, the person you talked to before was a man…” the same person. I let him know I knew it was him and to please get help, and thanked him. A moment later someone else got on and said “hello…” I asked can you help me? And he said “we need you to take your business else where”. What just happened??? Everyone deserves to work but please when your associates come to you make sure you know what transpired and train and assist according to their need. As for my business, my pleasure. You’re one pizza establishment of very many. And not even the top 50.

One of the best pizza places in town! Pizza be real good. Lots of toppings and plenty cheese. The cheese fries are the best and I love the chicken wings as well.

I ordered a Greek salad on- line for pick up with a couple of extra items added on such as cheese, etc. I went to pick up my order and man was I a hungry camper. I get home open up the container to find so much BROWN lettuce I couldn't believe it. I was very upset to pay $15.00 dollars plus change on a container full of BROWN lettuce. I called them to tell them the situation I was put on hold twice for them to only tell me the manger whom ever that may be said he will credit you back $10.00 dollars for the near future. Wow where is the 5 plus change at??? I didn't pay 10 for the salad but okay never again in life oh and did I say this was my FIRST time eating here I even said I will bring the salad back they said they will remake it . I think not that defeats the purpose.
