Super cozy restaurant!!! We came for a birthday and the staff was SO helpful and attentive! Birthday boy was so pleased and we had zero stress as the food was prepared quickly and with plenty of love!!

They had been slammed after three local high school football games and the staff still had a smile and provided great customer service!

I’ve never had this happen at a Canes in my life and I’ve been coming here for as long as this location has been here. I ordered the Caniac combo just as normal as everyone else and it wasn’t even a busy night!!! They decided to give me 4 pieces instead of 6 wasting that extra money on the chicken for NO REASON!!! I had to drive 30 minutes home because I don’t eat in the car and find this. Of course I’m not going to check my chicken piece count because this has never happened. This is unacceptable it’s not hard to count to 6!!! I demand compensation!!!!

Got nothing to complain about with the food, service or atmosphere but I recently saw RC on doordash and was about to order a box combo for $12 and then I see $8 on “fees and taxes” I got Dashpass but mannn best of luck selling anything on doordash especially considering your already overpriced food

This is my kids fav chicken place!! They never disappoint! Except for yesterday, they forgot my daughter's Cole slaw! Lol.

$250 order and they forget the canes sauce. How was it possible to forget the only thing that set you apart. Horrible experience, will never order catering from here again.

I ordered a box combo and they gave me 5 tenders. Hell yeah.

Always fast, fresh, and friendly service!

We recently placed a catering order from Cane’s for 200 chicken tenders, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was cold when we picked it up, and the tenders were mushy and lacked any crispiness. It was honestly embarrassing to serve them at our event. The fries were soggy, the toast was greasy, and the coleslaw didn’t add anything to the meal. The only thing that got any compliments was the Cane’s Sauce... that was the one bright spot in an otherwise poor experience. For what we paid, the quality just wasn’t there. Definitely won’t be using Cane’s for catering again.

We come here probably once every 2 weeks for lunch.... Service is QUICK and for this particular visit just above and beyond. I ordered and the manager noticed my bf walked in a few minutes later and asked if we were sharing the Caniac combo I ordered... I said yes and so he 1) pulled out a plate so we could share more easily 2) gave my guy an extra cup so he had his own drink and we didn't have to share!

Chicken & sauce is great. Fries were pale & uncrisp, however they were not soggy and greasy. Friendly atmosphere and very good service.

My daughter loves the three finger combo.

Absolutely no complaints the young guy at the counter was super super friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. Their sauce tastes amazing love it even for fries.
