I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken
Ive been here a few times to pick food up and carry out... The staff were always very polite, the food was always amazing, but the wait time is a bit crazy...!!! Which is understandable since this is arguably the best chicken place around... LOL...!!!
The order taker didn't speak, no greeting, just looked at me when I approached the counter. I gave my selection and was told how much and asked for a name. Food is hot and has excellent flavors.
