They blocked off the entrances by parking cars in the way as their clever way of indicating they changed their hours for today, which resulted in me stuck in their entranceway blocked by a vehicle, because it looked like it was just a car pulling out. There are many legitimate ways to indicate changed hours. One might be to update hours on Google temporarily, or to put up traffic cones. This is a ridiculously bad idea for how to do it.I have nothing against holding a crew party (although it might be wiser to do it outside standard hours if you're not going to do a full day) but it would be nice if anyone had enough sense to clearly indicate it.

The food Is always hot and fresh! on a typical Friday, the electricity went out in that area because of a car hitting a telephone pole so I pull up to the drive thru not knowing this had occured so one of the young men that was working there was outside cleaning windows and he had approach my car and say excuse me ma'ma, we are not open right now and he explained the electricity outrageous being cut off so he hand me a "Free meal card" and he say thank you for coming and I promise him, I will show him appreciation for that and the kindness he serves! Thank you BENJAMIN H for your kindness and respectful approach.

As fast food goes, pretty consistent. I like the sauce and there is garlic bread and slaw along with fries for sides. I usually order an Arnold Palmer to

Great food love the coleslaw. Just the music I feel was too loud and couldn't talk to my family. Other than that awesome.Parking: Always a lot of parking spots around that are empty

Every time I go here I orderNo cole slaw and an extra piece of toast as well as an extra sauce with my box combo. How ever this location seems to not be able to wrap its head around that. I will have to go to eastgate canes from now on because the people at this location just cannot get a simple order correct. For a place with 2 things on the menu you’d think it’d be hard to mess up. Terrible location I see why the line is non existent at this location , yet eastgate has a constant line wrapped around the building. Horrible service at this location. Won’t be stopping here anytime soon.

So fast, so fresh! Exactly what I ordered too. Nice kids that work there. Bathrooms were clean. I recommend butter on both sides on your toast.
I've only gotten food from this location once and the food was fine but I actually had the misfortune of eating at the Taproom on 12/4 when Cane's was having an employee party. We were seated about a half an hour before a huge group came in that turned out to be the entire staff of this location. For some reason they were seated right next to us even though the whole place was empty. While we were there our table was hit with a few random things but I was hit with a piece of ice and when I looked up a few people from one of the tables were looking over and laughing. We got out of there before things escalated because I was quickly becoming very angry and didn't want to put up with their behavior anymore. Maybe next time you have an employee outing you might want to make sure you don't plaster the Raising Cane's logo on everything you bring in.TL;DR food is fine but employees are immature children that don't know how to behave in public

Don’t trust the hours listed. I drove there at 10:30 and they were closed. Very disappointing to waste time and gas when it says they’re open. This restaurant makes their own hours I guess.

Where can you find a meal that's served hot, fresh and fast with a drink for less than $10. Do 1 thing and do it well. The bread is amazing, do yourself a favor and order an extra piece.
Horrible they do not know how to give you what you ordered wish I could give 0 star Eastgate location is 1000%

Always great food at the Anderson Canes. Workers are always super friendly too. Had been a while since I had Canes and I swear it seems like their fries are a lot better than I remember as well. Highly recommend.
