Food always hot from this location. I gave 4 stars because they forgot my extra toast. Double check your orders but food worth the price. Not a long wait in drive thru.

Outstanding service, excellent chicken!
Drive thru was very long, parking lot was packed. This was my first visit, so I expected to wait awhile when I parked and went in for food. I was very pleasantly surprised when the cashier took my order within mere minutes of entry, and I was out the door, on my way home with 2 chicken combos within 7 minutes. The car I would have been behind at the drive thru hadn't even made it to the order screen and I was pulling out of the parking lot! So... If the drive thru is huge, go inside for faster service.
Everything tasted really good. Food was fresh, hot, perfectly crunchy and definitely not dry.
Best fried chicken I've had outside of my own kitchen.
Absolutely would recommend.

Went out of town to visit family and celebrate my son’s bday. It was unplanned, but he wanted Cane’s so that’s where we went (Race Rd, Cincinnati on 1/30/25). They made sure we didn’t have to wait for anything, and didn’t even complain when we pushed tables together to accommodate our large party. Our balloons got stuck in the ceiling fan and the workers immediately grabbed a ladder and saved the day. They were so friendly and smiley even though I was mortified. We shared our birthday cake with them, and they were very grateful and appreciative. Thank you so much for the excellent food and service, you all were awesome! I’ve never left a google review but was happy to do so for this crew.

Cane's is not my favorite chicken place, but this one is consistently really good.

Would avoid this location at least if possible. My girlfriend and I have visited this location several times and have had several issues. Many times food is wrong and items are forgotten. We had to get into the habit of checking to be sure the order was right. The final straw came yesterday, however, when we ordered again and many things went wrong. The big one is my girlfriend got food poisoning from the chicken sandwich she had. Said something tasted off about it and several hours later she was getting sick all night. On top of that to a lesser degree our order was wrong again. Incorrect items were in our bag and extra items we paid for were not given to us. Not a good experience unfortunately. I would avoid and go somewhere else if you have the option.

Why is the naked chicken always so tiny and dry? Why must is be announced so loudly, as if a person with leprosy approaches?? The lemonade is special, and the tea is always fresh.

Dietary restrictions: Naked chicken seems like a decent option for people who don't eat wheat.

Went to the drive thru, fries were cold, tea taste like water, got a 3 piece meal, they gave me 4 tenders which is the only reason why I gave the food 3 starts. No receipt was giving even tho I asked for one since they have made mistakes before. Customer service was awful
