When you pull up to the window sometimes they are on their phone. And if the order is not right they seem like You are "asking for too much" food is great the service is a Hot Mess.

Absolutely horrible service, probably the worst fast food service I have ever had. Every single order takes so long to get. I even tried placing orders in the app nearly 45 minutes in advance, and I still end up waiting 15-20 minutes to get my order when I arrived despite the app saying it'll take 10 minutes to make after placing the order. To the owner of this location, please do something about these wait times.

We placed an order. Parked next to the restaurant walked back to get a refill on my drink. I was told no refills. HOW Cheap can you be!!!! We just spent $18.00 on 2 orders and no refills on a drink.Terrible we asked for honey mustard and we received 1 dipping sauce.

Waited in line for over 15 mins before they closed just to get to the window and they said they weren’t doing anymore orders. They had someone sit in the line the entire time so they wouldn’t have to serve anymore customers. Never come to this location. This location should have a complete flush of employees.

The chicken wings were HORRIBLE!! I ordered 5 wings with the dry rub and OMG they put way too much seasoning on the chicken. My child (the eat everything child) also made a disgusted face and said no thanks Mom. Other than that the fries were fresh and delicious.
How hard is it to get an order right? I just paid $17.00 for food that I don’t even like. I ordered 2 rallyburgers 2 fries and a cherry coke, and got a chicken with cheese, some other burger and a regular coke. I was the only person in the drive thru and they still screwed it up. I tried to call AND THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. Never again. I won’t spend a dime anywhere near there.

You get what u pay for. The food is cheap but so is the quality. Fries are the brand and only reason to go. This location you will never get your food in the drive-through. They ask you to park and bring it out to you, Has happen to me multiple times.

Every-time i go there they get my order wrong. Even after going over the order thru the speaker and again with the staff as i hand my money over. They look you straight in the eye say they heard you and still get the order wrong. This is one of the worst rally’s I’ve ever been to. Horrible service even worst waiting times. Plus the staff makes it seem like it’s an inconvenience to do their jobs. Someone is always outside smoking and carrying on, on their phone while the kitchen struggles to make orders. I would say they were on their break but I see the same person twice within 25 mins while I'm waiting for my order. It wreaks of weed every time they open the drive thru window to take the money or serve the food. They never hand you a receipt and it’s like pulling teeth to get one from them. So when they get you’re order wrong its hard to prove because they never handed you a receipt. Do not go to this location especially at night. These are the laziest workers I’ve come across on a night shift.
