Ordered a double cheeseburger and both patties were literal hockey pucks, I didn’t get the ranch for my chicken tenders, my change ($3.26) was given to me completely in coins, and my fries were stale. Only giving an extra star due to the fact that my order was correct beyond the missing ranch. Still - won’t be coming back.

I can't believe this place is still open . The service is always horrible. They threw my fries in the bag upside down. Both employees were in a hurry to give me my food so they could go sit in their cars .

I've always liked their vibe with double drive thru and a walk up window with outdoor seating with umbrellas. I remember years and years ago the fries being better so they must have changed the oil since. But I still order them and enjoy them with a sauce. Their little chicken and fries basket is a nice treat. I was impressed with the chicken nuggets! My husbands5go to choice is the mushroom and Swiss but has to request extra sauce to not be dry. I love it as well! The dessert I was disappointed in was the little bag of fruit pantries because very dry so not enough filling.

Our favorite place to stop on our way home from work. This store has the best quality of food of all of the chain in the Cincinnati area. Food is always fresh, made when ordered. They’ve kept a few of the same staff who always seem to be hard at work. Appreciate the location. Keep doing your thing!

The workers who worked tonight were very friendly.
Everything was okay until I went to sit down and eat my food with my family. Then all the sudden the manager or owner of the place told us we have to leave. So in other words we can't eat on the patio anymore? Then get rid of it and it was trashed apparently nobody knows how to use the trash can
