I'm literally up here az we speak a young lady with a black jacket on just sitting with her back towards the window. I knocked on the window she proceeded to sit there with her back to the window! Mind you they have NO customerzat all sooo if your not going to work why the heck are they paying her? I just LITERALLY turned around and walked away meanwhile she still just sitting there. Rallyz yal need to be mindful of who yal are paying because clearly she there to be on her phone NOT WORK. just sad.

I was lied to and charged for a large shake , cashier gave me a med instead. She said she didn't have any large cups . Then story changed again and said med cup is now considered large. I asked what the large cup sitting next to the other ones were. Basically she messed up and was to lazy to fix her mistake. so I was overcharged. one lie after the next. She refused to give me my receipt as well.

this place honestly needs to be shut down my fries tasted old they had to fix my order twice and the place looks like there’s no hospitality I honestly was disgusted with eating the food after seeing the place it came from
Food was good but sloppy, was told the slushy wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes so I needed to order something else however chicken took equally as long so why couldn't I get both lol trash all over property plus always out of ketchup
i went on doordash and ordered a cheesecake sundae. i called, it has been 10 minutes and they are in the background talking and talking and noone is searching up my order nor doing anything about it.

When you pull up to the window sometimes they are on their phone. And if the order is not right they seem like You are "asking for too much" food is great the service is a Hot Mess.

Absolutely horrible service, probably the worst fast food service I have ever had. Every single order takes so long to get. I even tried placing orders in the app nearly 45 minutes in advance, and I still end up waiting 15-20 minutes to get my order when I arrived despite the app saying it'll take 10 minutes to make after placing the order. To the owner of this location, please do something about these wait times.
