Ive always been a huge fan of rallys but after last night i can definitely say that has changed. The food i received was absolutely the worst food i have ever tried to consume, this location should be shut down. There is absolutely no way this place passes health code. The owner of this location should just fire the whole staff and start over because nobody at this location ever seems to want to work, they just like to argue instead

Their mushroom and Swiss burger is excellent! Also pretty good chili dogs and fries. The last time I went thru the drive thru at this location they had AI take my order which was interesting and there were zero errors!

Do NOT spend your money with them! They overcharged my card! They Didn’t give me the correct food I ordered! And the food I received was AWFULLY COLD! And Everything was wrong! Except the fries…….. And then goes to tell me they can’t compensate me for it! Exchange… Or do nothing about it . WORST RALLYS EXPERIENCE EVER ! Service was shitty ! Never returning back as a customer .and I waited 15 minutes total waiting for cold food .
My Dasher message me after waiting over 30 minute for an order that was processed and paid for that her driver through customer come first. Even though your company receive my money before a drive-through customer. And this was told by a manager to my Dasher.
