I ordered my food at 1:35am scheduled pick-up 3am. Arrived at 2:50am to a big line of cars. Waited and finally another customer in the drive thrusts went to the window and was told the store is closed. I did not receive my food or a refund.

Have been wating at drive thru window for mobile orders for 30 minutes and they havnt even asked for a name or anything and are yelling things out the window to people and serving just the one side. I get it takes time but 30 minutes and you havnt even asked my order name that is absoulty nuts and gave someone else food behind us first like what is going on here

Usually a big fan of rallies but the mushroom Swiss burgers were so dry. It was ridiculous. Didn't even eat them.

Visited this location to do a delivery for doordash and waited in the drive thru for a pretty long time to be told that they already handed out the order. I pointed out that I had not told her the name on the order i was picking up. She then said she had handed out all of the orders. She was very unprofessional.
