Drive thru was extremely long & slow... Not enough workers. Drive thru lady was very rude & wore out... I would not recommend this place at all... Poor customer service, windows were dirty, not a very clean environment... This location really needs some help & proper training...

Was asked to pull over for my food to finish being prepared when done the girl didn't bring my food she asked if another patron in his car to hand my food to me. Outside drive-thru. I was so out done I only went bc my grandson wanted ralley food. Worst place I've bought fast food from in 2024. I won't recommend their skills or safety as upscale just low budget bad service. I won't return. NEVER.

My entire order was a mess. I ordered 4 rally burgers with no onions or tomatoes, and they came with everything on them. I also got a #6 with the fries fully loaded and they only had cheese on them. They didn't give me any sauce for my nuggets or chicken tenders. Lastly the woman in the drive thru was completely rude as well. I spent $31.00 and ended up completely dissatisfied.

The service here is good and friendly. I'm not a big fan of the automated ordering though. Sometimes the machine doesn't hear you very well, and today it got confused and tacked on an extra drink to my order I didn't need. Had I been talking to a person, they could have corrected that issue for me before I'm paying extra for something I don't need.
