Very slow. You could her the girl cursing over the intercom. My food was hot. But I really did not care to hear that language especially with my kids in the car.

I wanted cheese fries, it’s some sort of AI order taker at the drive through. Realized once I got home they were loaded with chili, too, which I don’t eat. The guy who handed me my food and took payment had long, dirty fingernails.

WHAT IS THE POINT IF GOING THRU A KINE TO BE TOLD TO “pull around” and then I wait and 10 cars go past just to realize SHIT I HAVE TO GO THRU THE LINE AGAIN??? Dumbest system and needs fixed I waited so long and the lady acted rude and unhelpful. 0/10 experience.

Hands down theee best Rally’s in the city. I don’t go to any other one.
My order is ALWAYS right, hot & fresh- EVEN WHEN it’s busy! Don’t drive off, it’s worth the wait.
The staff is nice.
The location is accessible.
The only things I’d say I don’t care for is the A.I taking orders. Sounds like she always has an attitude 😒 & the damn train! The tracks is right next to Rally’s & it makes it hard to hear or be heard.

My bad yal! I forget to take pics of the food cuz it’s so good, most of the time it doesn’t make it home with me lol 😆

I did an order ahead of time from my work I get off of work. I go to pick it up. I sit there for 15 more minutes while I’m waiting for this lady to act a fool by the cash register but then finally the other lady finally gets her out of the way so they could do my order and they hand me the order and II did a order ahead of time from my work I get off of work. I go to pick it up. I get home which is 25 minutes away and they left out the most important thing that the hamburger so I want a total refund

What's the point of having 2 separate lines if they're just gonna make you go into one then wait AGAIN in the separate line after already paying. I'm done with Rally's honestly. 4 of these cars were here when I pulled up and as I'm typing this and taking pictures they STILL haven't moved. They're taking orders and now we're all just sitting its an absolutely ridiculous concept that is extremely inefficient and an EXTREME waste of time. Whoever thought this was good on paper needs a reevaluation of their own. Fire them
