I eat here few a times a month and normally its ok but today I went to order and got home my food was all wrong I tried to call and there was no number for the store I went too so I called the main store and no answer so I called another store and after many rings and phone was picked up and I explained what was goin on the person that answered was very rude saying they didn't have connections to any other store and hung up on me I wont be back

I give this location 1 star bc I had ordered $64 worth of food and all of it was messed up, their was no bacon on the burgers that were supposed to have bacon, cherry coke didn’t even taste like cherry, the only good soda is the strawberry Fanta, the mozzarella sticks were soggy instead of crispy.

This place is an absolute joke. I tried ordering at 2:30 in the afternoon and get told I have to wait for 20 minutes before ordering for some reason. So I tried two days later at 7 at night and get told I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a shift change?? These workers are lazy and act like we are bothering them cause we want food at a place they work at. They’ll just make up stuff in order to make you go away. Even if you are lucky to catch them in a good enough mood to take your order it will be wrong or cold or sloppy garbage. I will never go to any rally’s ever again. Y’all need to get rid of everyone in that building and bring people in that actually know how to work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I really don’t understand how this location is even in business. You can go there at any time of day and see multiple cars just waiting in the second drive through cause nobody will take orders. Pathetic.

This is my go-to place when I don’t bring a lunch to work. Food is great, prices are good, and the workers are friendly. But it’s very hit-or-miss on speed, they seem to be short staffed half the time and you can wait 20 minutes. If there’s more than 1-2 cars waiting to order, probably best to keep going.

The food was horrible the fish was extremely hard missing a sandwich everything cold fries were extremely greesy the guy who gave me my food extremely rude and rushy don’t know why he was so rushy because there were no other customers I wouldn’t recommend this rally’s to anyone. They deserve not even a one star then when you call to let them know you have missing food and it’s hard it say busy and can’t take your call rally’s you suck and will never go back

After they collect the money at the window, they tell customers to drive around to the other side of the building so they can inconveniently hand your order to you through the passenger side of your vehicle.
