The staff was kind and patient with us as we had a fairly large order. The food was served fresh and hot in the bag. It smelled awesome and tasted just as good. One of the best burgers around and doesn't get nearly enough attention.I'll keep coming back to this location as long as it's around.

Terrible food. Do not order there. There were hairs in the cheddar sauce and the fried fish was too cooked, so very hard and dry. For this price, order somewhere else.

This was horrible the lady at the drive thru have no manners when I pulled at the drive thru all she said was "order" on top of that the food they have me have little food I ordered 3 chicken bite boxes and they gave me so small amount of fries as well as barely any chicken bites. What really upset me was when she also stated I was to far away from the windows on top of constantly saying the amount and then leaving everytime I tried paying. I am so happy I'm leaving this area the way the environment is taken care of is completely horrible compared to other location. The rally's is so old I'm sure no more than 3 people can work inside on top of her hands being dirty I end up just throwing my food away. I paid $11 and end up just going home without any food making myself food at home because of how digusting this location is

Customer service was poor, and the gentleman Deandre at the drive thru was super rude!! Kept rushing me to order & snatched my money. I work in fast as a manager and personally think the behavior displayed by the employees at the establishment was unacceptable. I will not be returning!! No paying customer should be given such poor customer service. I could even see him at the register rushing me with hand motions, along with the tone of voice he had

The cashier was very nice, dbl checked the food, and the food was hot and fresh! The inside lobby area was quite dirty, and some of the lights were down outside . Overall, it's actually one of the better experiences I have had here.
Your average everyday Rallys burger experience there is nothing new to take away from this it's a chain restaurant.
