Just ordered, yeah, listen to everyone else and stay away. I was the only one in this establishment and after I ordered all I heard was yelling in whatever that language is. Felt like my food was made with HATE. TASTED LIKE IT TOO. IF I COULD, I would have asked for my money back. I won't return. Food sucked.
I usually get the 2 for 5$ spicy chicken sandwich on my lunch break. I like pickles on my sandwiches so I've been ordering them like that for at least the last 6 months and it's been an even 5$. I went last week and now I guess because I order my sandwiches that way they decided to charge an extra 60 cents for the pickles. I feel this is so petty and I feel singled out jus because the extra pickles. Bad business...I will make sure to never visit this location again since they want to charge extra for pickles 😒 I guess the xtra 60 cents is worth more than losing the 5$ here and there🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

How many days old can chicken strips be before you can't sell them? Nasty, dried out and the batter looked like someone's 5yr
old untreated foot plaque psoriasis. The fries were soggy as well.
I'm pretty sure this location is owner operated and just feel like they didn't give a damn.
I rarely write reveiws and just stop supporting a business when I receive poor service or gross food but in this case, since I had to wait in a slow 2 car line, which took up most of my lunch break, I didn't have time to go back and now I'm still hungry and I'm out 12 bucks. Maybe the next person who reads this will change their mind about going and the franchise owner will be out 12 bucks as well. I think that's fair. Right?

I order on the app and went thru the drive thru to pick up my order and they said I had to go inside to pick it up even though it's ready. Terrible customer service. There's a reason why this rally s is always empty.

I went to get a bacon smoky barbecue meal. I waited 10 or 15 minutes before anybody waited on me. Then when the lady did come up to the counter? She couldn't understand me. I couldn't understand her. So when we finally figured out number 2 I told her to take some items off my sandwich. Of course, it wasn't right so they said. Oh, no I can't do nothing. We already made it. So I paid $16 for a 1/2 box full of fries and a big giant drink. Because I went large because I like their fries. Never be back here and I hope new one comes here because you will be disappointed.

Its a stupid robot taking your order that isnt calibrated correctly then when u want to talk to someone they dont speak English or know how to use a microphone correctly

you need to talk to a robot in order to place an order and of course it got it wrong. Then you have to talk to someone who doesn't speak English very well, double whammy. I received the wrong order twice. Nice guy but he messed up after I already experienced the robot which I despise!

I would give zero stars if it would let me. Not only was the whole order cold, the wings were so full of cold sauce it flood the bottom of the bag causing the bag to give out. Losing one fry which was soggy and almost wet feeling. Disgusting and gross. First and last time ordering from this location.
Rude! Just didn’t feel valued. Attitude to customers due to their language barriers.

Horrible customer service! Had us and every other customer present in the drive thru pull around the building (back of the line) over and over again! All for the sake of a timer? I don't know if this is a location issue or a Rally's issue in general but it needs to be corrected! I've worked in customer service my whole life and I would never in my whole career think of working a drive thru like this. We were fleeing natural disaster and this added a hour to our trip. AN HOUR. Ridiculous.

I must say I'm impressed. It was a little strange having an automated order process. But I put it to the test and it worked well. Then I had the cashier confirm my order. Everything sounded right. I paid and quickly received my order. Checked my bags and was correct. The sandwiches were made perfectly as if someone took pride in making it. The fries were nice and fresh. I would have to say this was my very best experience ever in a rallies. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back to this location as long as the standard is kept high. Thank you
