My memory of Rallys was best left in the past. The fries i used to believe were unmatched and the absolute best i didnt finish, lacked flavor was very oily. The Big Buford my favorite was ok taste wise but my cheese was unmelted and it just wasnt as i remembered

If I could give them a 0 I would. They are disgusting. I decided to go in and order. I watched them make my son's order with no gloves. Then, the Indian girl picked up fries with her hand to throw extra fries in his bag! She acted surprised when I asked for my money back.

Ordered a number three with no mayonnaise instead of just making me another hamburger. The lady at the counter argued with me that I didn't say no mayonnaise ended up. Just wiping it all off and eating it anyway . They don't speak much English.

Still waiting for my food on the other side of the building and it’s been 45 minutes can’t leave because they charged my card but also because I’m between two cars.
I ordered the $4 spicy chicken meal, medium sized. The fries were cold and about as many in the bag as you might get in a McD's happy meal. There was also an apple pie in the bag that I did not order, maybe it was to make up for the fries that I was shorted. If foreigners are going to run a franchise business they need to do better!!

This is the best rally’s in southwest Ohio. The workers and cooks are nice and always serve delicious food. Easy parking for a box truck right off the interstate. Doesn’t get any better than this!
