I should've read the reviews before I spent close to $30 on two meals that were lukewarm and unappealing!I ordered a Big Bufford Meal and asked for Fresh Fries! As someone who Has worked in food service before,l I know what Fresh Fries means!When I got my order, the fries were warmed but no where close to being Fresh! When I went inside to politely ask for Fresh fries, I wasn't even greeted properly and then a woman whom I'm assuming is the manager lied to my face and told me "We drop fries fresh all the time"....there is no way fries or Monsterlla sticks are leaning over if they are fried fresh!Customer Service here is beyond subpar and I will never spend money here again! I get we are living in a time where people don't want to work but if you're going to work at least do it right!

We no longer have a Rally's in Hamilton so I 4got how GREAT there food is but I was quickly reminded how they are even though I went through the drive-thru Everything was PERFECT, keep doing what U're doing!?

Went there to get something to eat. I ordered a Number 1 combo and when I got it the whole order was cold. I told the person at the window that my order was cold and I asked for my money back. His response was I had to wait 24hours for my money. I paid cash so I didn't understand why I had to wait. I went inside and I got my money back. I would never go back to this location even if I was starving and that was the only restaurant open in town. Bad experience
The automated service will take a little getting use to but it worked correctly. The young lady that prepared my food was nice and very helpful, I will definitely be back to this Rallies

I didn't believe the low reviews. Believe them. The automated order machine got it wrong and the guy at the window looked like he could barely be bothered to walk. I was busy, so I let it go. I actually work at my job. They also wanted extra money for ketchup packets ?...Don't go to this Rally's. I know I won't be there again. *Edit: so the response is either from corporate or a franchise owner who studied PR and nothing else... Or maybe directly from the franchisee's manual in how to manage honest reviews. Either way, you won't see me here again. I've literally never had a worse fast food experience anywhere. It was nothing like the quick, easy, cheap and good Rally's restaurants of the past. The end of an era. If they're all this bad now, then good riddance.
