I guess element food hall carries the 4.3 star score, the food hall has great vibes, Pizza workers and pizza taste is the opposite of good vibes.

Romundo’s has a conveyor belt cooking style. Similar to your papa John’s/Dominoes. It has a tad more flavor than fast food pizza, but the same no crisp on bottom and doughy-ish pizza. 2 star food and 5 star atmosphere for the food hall.

Pizza was doughy and completely undercooked. Called to inform. Manager didn’t know how to do a credit and told me to contact Uber eats - uber eats wasn’t the issue . Bad pizza is one thing. Terrible service is another.
Welp off to make my kids dinner when I promised pizza…. Save yourself 50$ and disappointed children.

I ordered delivery from here off of the element eatery website there was no indication that this was going to be delivered from doordash or anything my food was ordered on their website I had tracking information from their website and then doordash texts me and tells me that they're the ones delivering the order my order was delivered to me ice cold when I contacted customer service someone named Mandy Taylor said it should have been clearly communicated to me but they could not offer me any kind of refund I will not be ordering from them again

The pizza was nice here. Ordered the pepperoni pizza 10inch i believe. Paid about 14 dollars and was. Tasted nice and the customer service was good.

Fantastic pizza! Fresh, hot and delicious!

Food was above food court par. But equal.
Prepared on the spot with lots of choices .
The eating area was clean .
Lots of choices.
Kind of like a giant food court.
If I'm in the area I'll return

I work nearby on weekends and have been getting to-go pizza from here a lot lately. They do a great job and the food is always good. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza, and it looked nothing like what their pictures show. The pizza was good, but I had to go back up and request a side of hot sauce because there was VERY little, if any, on it. Also, I didn't see any ranch drizzle on the top like in the picture. Still, the pizza did have great flavor, and I would order from there again.

Ordered a personal pizza at 12:39 according to my receipt. Was finally ready at 1:25. Element didn't look crowded, but they had a lot of large carry out orders in the queue. The staff didn't seem to care, and certainly didn't give a heads up that it was going to take nearly an hour. I caution anyone going here for this reason. Shame because the food is always good and I am a regular. I'll avoid in the future

When I visit Element Eatery my go to spot is Ramundo’s. The Ramundo bites and calzones never disappoint.. . Always cooked to perfection. The staff is great as well. I have mostly been helped by Josh and he is always friendly and professional. I should have taken a picture of my Ramundo bites today but I started eating before I could. Delicious yet again! Thank you Ramundos!
