Rapid Fired Pizza

We were excited to try Rapid Fired for the first time Sunday evening. Group of 4 of us came in and since we hadnt eaten there before the employees working walked us through it. Kind of like Chipotle or Subway just with pizza. Pick your sauce, cheese, meats and veggies and they recommended trying the bomb seasoning on it and it was great.

Friendly staff and great food! New pizzas every month that they feature. Teriyaki wings are so good!

The current staff at this location is awful. I was charged the 4% credit card charge and I paid cash. When I asked for my refund of the 4%, the girl in charge didn't know how to go about refunding the 4% overcharge. Actually after looking carefully at the receipt, I was overcharged for my complete order. I again requested the refund and the girl (Emma) just couldn't figure it out and didn't know what to do. She said I just don't understand her register. Then she accused me of being rude to her( which I wasn't) and threatened to call the police when I asked for manger phone number. As we were leaving a male employee came up and gave me dollar and some change that they figured out. I think I still over paid for the order. Also this is the second time we didn't get our points for our purchase. We will not be returning to Rapid Fire Pizza as I think they are not employing competent people and need to have a supervisor there during all business hours. Also waited 10 minutes for the crew to make online orders before waiting on us waiting . One was making pizza, two watching and one making crust, it was about 7:30 so getting close to closing as they already had have of the chairs upside down on tables and moping floor between customers feet. Bad staff with no supervision. If you eat there check your receipt before paying because the stall doesn't know how to fix it if there is a mistake. If a girl with pony tail hair waits on you , don't talk to her , she will think your being rude.!!

Very disappointed in my visit to this Rapid Fire. We used to frequent the one in Milford and decided to come to Eastgate since Milford has since shut down. Upon entering the staff did not acknowledge us until about 1 minute of standing at the ordering counter despite them walking around behind the counter. Once an employee walked over she stared at us waiting to order with no greeting. My boyfriend told her he wanted a pan pizza and she began making a thin crust with red sauce. Confused, he asked her if it was a pan thinking maybe it was different than the Milford location and she told us it was thin crust so he asked her if he could have a pan. She threw the pizza that had crust to the side and grabbed a pan, put maybe half a spoonful of red sauce only on the middle and didn’t even distribute the sauce evenly. She never cracked a smile, apologized, nothing just completely rude and straight faced to us and every other customer. The two more employees we encountered also never cracked a smile just acted like we were a burden for being in their restaurant. Once the pizza came out, his bacon was completely burnt to the point he didn’t even touch another slice. I will compliment this restraint on their cleanliness but other than that, we will not be back.

The BYOP is a great option, the food was good and its not expensive, and u have a lot of choices

Don’t know what changed since our last visit, but the service and quality have greatly declined. 4% charge for paying with credit/debit cards. Staff didn’t ask if we wanted all toppings on craft pizzas and proceeded to put things on that are supposed to go on AFTER going through the oven and got charred to dust. Forgot to add topping to a craft pizza. Ran out of single cookies for kids meals and instead of selling the extra cookie in the three pack to me, charged me for the whole 3 pack, so I am still owed 2 cookies. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled awful. Staff trying to close the dining room an hour before posted closing time. Kids eat free is gone. App no longer works. We loved coming here for the past three years and this was a slap in the face. We won’t be back.

The food is awesome! There is not a lot of room to sit down or move around and the line was so long we sat there and ordered using the app.

Tables and drink area needed to be wiped down. Pizzas are small.

My son must be gluten free due to a medical diagnosis. We tried Rapid Fired pizza and when we asked for GF, they immediately asked if it was for an allergy. They changed gloves multiple times, used separate utensils and went above and beyond to make sure our order was GF. The staff was all very well trained and are very knowledgeable about how to keep diners like my son safe. We are thrilled to have a new quick spot to get food as a family. Great job, great GF pizza, and great service. 10/10.

Staff was very nice, they confirmed that the Pesto sauce didn't contain garlic. Before we knew it, our pizzas were ready! Thin crust, perfectly crispy and ingredients cooked just right. These were the best pizzas we'd had in years. Additional sauces were available and kept on ice. Pleasant music, not blaring. Very nice place. Highly Recommend

We ordered a large taco pizza. We thought it would taste similar to a taco. There were no seasoning, mostly lettuce, barely any meat and just sprinkles of sour cream. It was the worst pizza we have ever eaten - and we eat pizza a lot. No taste!!!!!
