Have been going here few times every year - food was always pretty good and the price was not over the top... I like they combined the Thai and Indian restaurants together and you can now mix both cuisines from the same table (seating was just 4-5 small tables at Ravis before). And glad the food is equally good no matter which cuisine. You can sit anywhere you want but recommend the Thai side to the right which seems to be more upscale although it's the same waiting staff who btw were pretty quick (after they combined, went once for a weekday lunch and recently for a weekday dinner).
Noting that there are a LOT more tables between the two places now (30?)- so I can see how they could get overloaded during peak times unless they have more than 2 waiters? And they are good folks - don't expect it to be like a corporate run place.

My family’s been coming here many years. I always have a pleasant conversation with the owner and the food is always very fresh and extremely tasty!
Every restaurant can have a bad day but through out the years I know that the food is going to be fresh and will have the taste we like!
I’m not sure about all the recent 1 star reviews are about.
I highly recommend this place if you enjoy southern style Indian food!

We were the we only table with someone. The food was low quality with medium prices. Not recommended.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. This place is a joke. We were told the food would be ready in 10 minutes — we waited nearly an hour. And for what? Cold soup, no rice, no spoon — nothing was right. I had to beg for basic things like a spoon or rice. I waited 15 minutes just to get rice for my soup. The waitress looked like she couldn’t care less, didn’t listen, didn’t look at us, and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The staff was completely clueless and the service was beyond pathetic. It felt like they forgot we even existed. Honestly, I’ve had better service at gas stations. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Save your time, money, and sanity — don’t come here.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited 50 minutes for our food, even though we were told it would only take 10 minutes. The waitress didn’t pay attention to us at all — she brought soup but forgot the rice, or brought the food but forgot the spoon. I had to wait 15 minutes just for rice to eat with my soup. The service was incredibly disorganized, slow, and careless. It felt like nobody knew what they were doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable.

We celebrated birthday party yesterday at Ravi's Hyderabad, and it was truly a delightful experience.
Ravi's is the best desi/Indian restaurant in town. The food was incredibly delicious, with an authentic desi taste that I simply loved.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. They truly care about their customers. The owner was also very nice and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.
Having tried many Indian restaurants, I can confidently say that Ravi's Hyderabad stands out as the best I have encountered. I highly recommend it!

My second time coming here. It was amazingly authentic Indian food. Butter chicken was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to India several times. If you like Indian food this is a must try.

Worst food. No quality. Never ever again. My wife wanted to try some good Indian lunch and it was an utter disappointment.

I ordered one chicken fried rice and one egg fried rice, but both were overloaded with carrot slices—felt more like carrot rice than what I actually ordered. The chicken fried rice had barely 10-15 small pieces of chicken, which is disappointing for a $15 dish. The egg fried rice also tasted the same—just like carrot rice with no distinct flavor.
I’ve ordered from here before, and the taste and quality used to be good. However, my last few orders have been consistently bad, with no quality or proper taste. I’m writing this review because I’m truly disappointed, and I won’t be ordering again just to regret wasting my money.

Being from Hyderabad, I always crave the authentic flavors of home, and Ravi Hyderabad House truly delivered! The rich aroma of the biryani, the perfectly balanced spices in the curries, and the comforting taste of the dishes took me straight back to my hometown. Every bite reminded me of the flavors I grew up with Hyderabad . The food was simply delicious, and the quality was top-notch. If you're looking for a place that serves real Hyderabadi food, this is it! Highly recommended for anyone missing the authentic taste of Hyderabad. Will definitely be coming back!

It pains me to leave this review. I have eaten here in the past and have recommended this place to so many people. It is the first place I had been to where their Indian food is actually spicy! I was so excited to eat here again.
I ordered the same item as last time (bhartha) and requested a 7. The scale is 1-10. Last time the 7 was wonderfully spicy and I probably wouldn’t go above an 8. The gentleman taking my order was surprised, verified I really wanted a 7 and I confirmed I had gotten it before and loved it. He was like, cool. Then ordered a 5 for my husband’s meal. The owner came over while the guy was confirming our order and told us the 7 was really spicy. I again confirmed I was aware but was good with it. Our order was to go.
So we had to wait a long time for our food, but ok fine things happen. Get home, so excited to have my mouth be on fire with delicious Indian goodness. THERE WAS NO HEAT AT ALL. Pretty sure the owner overrode my order and dropped me to like a 1 or 2. My husband’s food had more flavor, and we did not get them mixed up. He ordered a chicken dish.
Mine was also made oddly. Not the normal Bhartha I am used to. It was like a masala base with sliced eggplant thrown in, when I ordered it the last time it was not like that.
At this point I don’t know that I would go back since I can’t trust them to make what I requested.

Ravi's offers an exceptional takeout experience. My multiple orders have consistently delivered delicious food in generous, satisfying portions. Every dish I've tried from their extensive menu has been excellent, and the ample amount of meat provided is particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend Ravi's for a truly enjoyable and fulfilling meal. I drove by by accident and finally dined in and the service was fast and great.
