Not worth the hype. Seems like more of an apps and drinks place as the bread and service were the best part of our dining experience. The squash bisque was served at room temperature. I enjoyed the red pepper added to the bisqure, but the candied garnish stuck to my teeth for a while. Maybe if the soup was served warmer the candies would have melted quicker? The main dishes were made from quality ingredients, but lacking in flavor other than smoke from the wood oven. The cuts of meat were good quality and a larger portions, but bringing leftovers home that you didn't enjoy the first time is a waste. The mushrooms served with my wife's selection were seasoned, juicey and flavorful, but the pork chop and potatoes seemed forgotten about. The same with my steak selection. I was disappointed with the lack of flavor, toughness, and lack of moisture in the proteins that we were served. Not worth the hype.

I've been coming here for years, and it's always a treat. My favorite dishes are the bread with garlic, the gazpacho, and the crispy skin salmon.
They usually have a good selection of cocktails, but I also like that they'll enthusiastically make a really good non-alcoholic drink that is equally delicious and complex.
I realized I don't have any photos of my times here; I'll follow up with photos the next time I make it down there, but I highly recommend.
It is expensive but I've never questioned the value, it's just a special treat for me. I've always done a reservation which you can do online and the people have never been snobby or rude despite me always coming in with casual clothes. I love this place, I hope they don't change their basic framework as it is fantastic.

The scallops are the best I have had in a long, long time....seared perfectly on the outside and tender on the inside. Every dish our group had was absolutely delicious. The sevice was exceptional too.

Thank you Aaron for calling to confirm my reservation! Alyssa was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the menu items - impressive.
It was a good mix of cozy and not too busy. But I would recommend you make reservations for sure!
This place is a gem. Also s/o to Nigel from the valet. You all are good people, enjoy!
Do not skip the Brussels sprouts. I also noticed lots of people ordering the ricotta, I gotta try it on my next visit!
Parking: There’s a parking lot one building down from the restaurant if you don’t do valet.

The food wasn’t my favorite. But the service was great and so was the ambiance.

We loved our food and service. Both were outstanding. However, I don't know if there was an issue with the ventilation the night we were there or if it's always like that. The air quality was incredibly smokey causing our eyes to water and at times hard to breathe. In addition after leaving our clothes and hair were coated in the smell of the restaurant. I would definitely go back if the air quality is better because the food was delicious.
Alex was an amazing server. Knowledgeable. Attentive. Had solid menu recommendations as it was my group's first experience. He did not steer us wrong. Scrumptious meal. Shall return.
We celebrated 2 birthdays last night and the Red Feather was the perfect choice. We had a beautiful round table, for 8 people , perfect for conversation. The service was outstanding and our dinner absolutely delicious . Thanks to the chef and staff , the Red Feather is a gem of a restaurant
First time here and we absolutely LOVED it! Our table of 4 enjoyed so much from the menu including two great bottles of wine and after dinner drinks. The crispy chicken skins are incredible, as was the pork belly buns, oysters, ricotta and the liver pate with bread service. Also enjoyed the crispy skin salmon, short ribs and ceviche. Best food we have enjoyed out in a while (and we enjoy many of the top restaurants in Cincy weekly). Service was equally impressive. We never wanted for anything and the restaurant was very busy on this Saturday prime time dinner rush. Can't wait to come back!

Great server (Camille?). I had double pork chops served with potatoes and mushrooms. Next time I'll request extra mushrooms, they were really good. The daily specials are worth trying as well. The dessert menu was limited, so we walked down to Aglamesis for some italian ice.

The food was good but not great. The portions are small for the price. The biggest issue was that the entire restaurant is smoky from the grill...to the point that our eyes burned and we had to shower when we got home. We smelled like we had been near a campfire.
I've been enjoying this restaurant for a number of years, the food is very good, and the ambience can be lovely, but it was so loud in there my partner and I were yelling to be heard we were placed in between tables that had larger parties and we could not hear ourselves Let alone each other. The service was good, but I felt we were rushed. I will go back, but I will probably sit in the bar area where it was quieter.
Brad, Rachael, Aaron, David, Hugh, Jake, Camille and the entire staff make the experience much more than a dinner out. You are made to feel like part of a family. I can't thank you all enough. So good in every way!!! Sincerely , Scott
Enjoyed our meal with friends at the Red Feather Kitchen. Gazpacho and Eggplant Parmesan were delicious. Salad seemed pricey for mostly lettuce and dressing. Liked the ambience of restaurant, but smell from the smoking of the meats was really strong. Moderately loud as the evening went on for conversation.
