Red Lobster

Took 1hr 45min to get food. When food came, only one full meal and one chowder was delivered of 6. A bowl of Chowder came and was sent back as it was nothing more than a weak flour water like soup and almost no seafood or other ingredients found with a spoon. Second dish came out 10 minutes later it was cold. Third dish came out and was missing the side dish Fourth meal finally came out 15 minutes later. One guest requested additional Alfredo sauce and they brought out a bowl of cold and sauce obviously not cooked/warmed. Everyone complained about the quality of the food temperature and taste, etc. Server tried real hard, but explained that the kitchen was having issues keeping up.

Rolls were a big underdone and the prices were quite high. Other than that, everything was fine.

I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival because our previous experience at a different location was horrible. We had a main waiter and also asked for assistance from a secondary waiter. Both were EXCELLENT. Their customer service was top notch. They were both very polite and respectful. The name of Our main waiter is Mancini. When he was busy we asked for help from Malachi because he was so patient, kind, and helpful to another table behind us. He assisted us and was also polite and respectful. I know that I am being redundant but I believe that great service should be acknowledged. Thank You Mancini and Malachi!

Malakai took great care of me. Very knowledgeable of the new menu.. even though he started 1.5 weeks ago! Driving from Bham, AL - Rochester, NY and Cincinnati is my mid point. Malakai really made me happy about choosing this Red Lobster for dinner! Haven’t been to a Res Lobster in over a year! Going again this weekend in Rochester.

We always love coming to this red lobster. The female manger whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately was amazing. There were a few issues the tables around us had, but our experience is always great. The manger handled everything so professionally and our waitress, Gypsy, was so great and so attentive. Always asked how the food was and if we needed anything. Kept the biscuits coming too, we didn’t even have to ask! Thank you for everything, and we can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been waiting for 30 min with my family past our reservation time with a toddler while many other parties for the same quantity of people was passing if front of us. Very poor organization!!!
At the end we left with no dinner.
