In the early afternoon when we arrived there wasn't very many people sitting like in the bar area. And there was no one in back sitting. There were only like two people we saw waiting on people and preparing foods for pickup. To be honest, the food looked amazing. Tasted okay the biscuits. They must have changed the recipe. I thought they were pretty bad. My vegetable was not up to par. Manager came out to talk with us. It just didn't seem to be a warm fuzzy feeling. Good luck Red lobster! We had to wait for a table because there was nobody there to direct us to sit down.. 3-5 minutes. We almost left .

This restaurant was dirty bathrooms filthy no paper towels no hand dryers place smelled like damp carpet silverware was dirty

Service was subpar. Part of the order was completely wrong , never came to check, how everything was. only received one drink never offered a refill on my iced tea. Server basically vanished after food was dropped until he placed check. Extremely odd experience.

Our waitress, Summer, was excellent. Steamed broccoli was seasoned. Fish and shrimp, if seasoned, could be five star.

Sommer was my server and she did an excellent job. The service was Fast the bread was fresh, and the hospitality was above and beyond. Ms Laura continuously check on our table and make sure that we had A1 service!
