Red Lobster

Food is good not excellent. Fried fish and shrimp a little over breaded. Baked potato fish but small. To get a salad as a side is an extra $2.49 for adding to a meal (not a bad price). I am not a fan of the Coke slaw. It used to be really good many years ago. Taylor our ever was excellent. She was patient and explained everything well. She was efficient and got it all right. She's an asset to Red Lobster.

Terrible service ... waited 15 minutes to be seated, manager awol had to ask to be seated . Waiter had to be told to bring utensils , drinks, everything.. and repeatedly. Lots of other places to go out and eat. It was bizarre , like they were pretending to play restaurant. Lots of other places to eat don't waste your time here.

Our reservation was for 5:30 Christmas Night. I had made it at least a week before. We arrived about 10 minutes early. There was a large crowd milling around and no one was happy. I do not know what the problem was but they were not seating people and said everyone had reservations and that it would be an hour before we would be seated. We left and given that no other restaurants were open we had to go home to leftovers.

We tried to be understanding as it was a holiday but our server was not the best. My food was amazing, just the service was a bit lacking.

Wasn't able to be seated despite a reservation. No manager present. Only peeps we could talk to said we had to wait even with a reservation but no one was sat in the 15 minutes we waited. Terrible.

Marcus was the absolute best!! He was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be asking for him when we go back!

In the early afternoon when we arrived there wasn't very many people sitting like in the bar area. And there was no one in back sitting. There were only like two people we saw waiting on people and preparing foods for pickup. To be honest, the food looked amazing. Tasted okay the biscuits. They must have changed the recipe. I thought they were pretty bad. My vegetable was not up to par. Manager came out to talk with us. It just didn't seem to be a warm fuzzy feeling. Good luck Red lobster! We had to wait for a table because there was nobody there to direct us to sit down.. 3-5 minutes. We almost left .

This restaurant was dirty bathrooms filthy no paper towels no hand dryers place smelled like damp carpet silverware was dirty

Service was subpar. Part of the order was completely wrong , never came to check, how everything was. only received one drink never offered a refill on my iced tea. Server basically vanished after food was dropped until he placed check. Extremely odd experience.
