Went with my daughter an early Saturday afternoon to try the new seafood boils before we did some shopping for college. My daughter got the seafood boil and I got New Orleans salmon and blackberry bourbon drink. The waitress was ok. Took awhile to come to the table to take our order initially and to get my drink. Kept forgetting things like gloves for my daughter and my drink order. The food came out hot eventually. Tasty but very small portion. We didn’t get the pleasure of the table side show with my daughter’s crab boil. The restaurant wasn’t that busy either we came right before the evening rush. Overall it was good but there is room for improvement.

Our Server, Jeremy, was outstanding! We (2) had dinner on Wednesday July 16 at Red Lobster-Colerain. Jeremy was friendly, professional, and provided best service we’ve had there. He listened and all our courses came out on time & delicious. He didn’t rush us but comfortably always checked back on how we were doing. We will always request Jeremy. His attitude & fun personality showed he really cares about his customers. We also liked the new menu and LOVE hush puppies back on menu!!

We took my mom for her birthday dinner and the manager kicked us all out because they forgot my mom’s lobster. The manager was very childish and very unprofessional. She got rude with my mom when my mom stated she felt if she ate the lobster she would get sick. The manager acted very immature.

The family took me to Red Lobster for my birthday. We originally came in as a party of 3, then changed it to 5. Because my daughter and her boyfriend decided to meet us there. The manager was doing her best to keep up. She told us that she was short staffed due to 2 servers and a hostess calling off. We ordered, waited 45 minutes. When the food finally came, they hadn't made my Lobster.. the waitress says 7 minutes. I wait another 5 minutes and no Lobster. We ask for the manager, oh boy.. that was like fighting with a high school bully.. she kicked us out and threatened to call the police.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. But, I am very sad to say... The service was slow. They had no saucers for our appetizers so we used bowls. The mahi was way overcooked, the Brussel sprouts were almost burned, Four out of six of us ordered hush puppies as a side and left them on the table because they were raw on the inside and had no flavor. Even the cheese biscuits were not up to par. Two of us ordered a glass of wine but didn't get them until we were half-way through the meal. We go there a lot as a family because it's our pa's favorite. But we'll have to find a new favorite for him because the rest of us don't want to go back.

Our party consisted of 17 people celebrating my birthday. Kailey was our server. She was positive and intentionally focused on getting our orders correct. Her energy was energizing and stated to the atmosphere of celebration. Everyone appreciated her service! We will be back and hope Kailey is our server!!!💜
