We have eaten here many times per year. THIS lunch we had today was terrible. We were in a meeting for MASA. The masa people were condenscending to us. The refills didn't come for an hour. My friend was very thirsty and needs to drink fluids every half hour. Twice she asked for a refill and was ignored. Our request on our food was somewhat done. I requested NO onion. I receive onion ONTOP of my salad. Onions send me to the ER. Everything I did not want I had on the plate. We were ignored and barely answered on our requests. My friend did not receive the items she asked for on her order. Was not very happy with the MASA people and how we were treated.

We had the feast of shrimp, lobster, and crab legs. The shrimp Alfredo was delicious and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious as always.
I enjoyed my entire experience at the Red Lobster in Colerain! Our waitress Day was exceptional the entire time and had amazing customer service!! We appreciate it!
I never do this!! My daughter and I went here today just doing a mother and daughter dinner. 1st thing the waitress never wrote down what we ordered I ask her can you remember what we're ordering she said yes I have been doing this for 8yrs I said OK. We waiting on our food for about 1hr the waitress stated oh we have 2 parties. Okay what I ordered not my daughter order came up to $110.00 that's not including a the tip. Oh there was 3 ladies setting across from us that was waiting for a waitress for 1hr and finally someone noticed them and placed there order. Long story short all i order was crab and lobster linguine with extra sauce. And they gave me shrimp linguine. Really.
