Hadn't been in awhile. Looking forward to the biscuits and clam chowder. Service was good, biscuits were awesome but the clam chowder had slightly different taste, not sure if it was bad but Definitely didn't settle well with me. So disappointed.

We have eaten here many times per year. THIS lunch we had today was terrible. We were in a meeting for MASA. The masa people were condenscending to us. The refills didn't come for an hour. My friend was very thirsty and needs to drink fluids every half hour. Twice she asked for a refill and was ignored. Our request on our food was somewhat done. I requested NO onion. I receive onion ONTOP of my salad. Onions send me to the ER. Everything I did not want I had on the plate. We were ignored and barely answered on our requests. My friend did not receive the items she asked for on her order. Was not very happy with the MASA people and how we were treated.

I was excited to check out Red Lobster again place was completely dead on a Sunday night. Server was terrible. Took forever to get anything and for him to check in with us. Felt like I was uninvited at a hang out like what are we doing there? Eating dinner? My moms steak was so undercooked she couldn't eat it and they tried to recook it. It was a joke. Place unfortunately still sucks. Won't be returning anytime soon. Food quality is a joke for the price and then the preparation couldn't have been worse.

We had the feast of shrimp, lobster, and crab legs. The shrimp Alfredo was delicious and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious as always.
I enjoyed my entire experience at the Red Lobster in Colerain! Our waitress Day was exceptional the entire time and had amazing customer service!! We appreciate it!
