Never received my salad and still got charged for it even though she did offer a free dessert and waitress kept forgetting things like refills on drinks. Worst experience ever.

Lobster Fest was mediocre at best. No flavor and overcooked. The cheddar bay biscuits are always good, though!

Clam chowder cold. Kitchen not ready @ 12:15pm. Men's rest room all messed up, not clean for the last two visits. Not going back

I ordered the lobster bake I will say it's been a long time since I been at red lobster the price has gone up but the portion size has gone down yet it still was delicious. I just don't like that the prices has gone up so much and I still left hungry where as long ago the portion was bigger I needed a doggie bag to take the rest home. But this seems to be happening at a lot of restaurants these days more money lesser portions.

When we sat down, our server came to us within three minutes. AJ was very prompt in taking our order. I ordered a riesling wine and my daughter-in-law ordered a margarita. 25 minutes later we still have not received our drinks. AJ asked us if it was all right if he brought the food after we had our drink order we said yes After 26 minutes I got up and went to the bar at that time the bartender was just looking through receipts and such adding them up not concerned about our drinks at all. I asked him where our drinks for the wine and the margarita was and he said oh I’m mixing it right now and he left looking at the receipt and started mixing the margarita. About five minutes later. AJ finally got the drinks to us. In that length of time we decided to go ahead and order as we were afraid our meal would be as slow as the drinks. However, we were pleasantly surprised it was not 25 minutes to get our dinner. It was more like 15 to receive our dinner. AJ just apologized profusely about our drinks and was so sorry they were so slow. I was at the point of asking to speak to the manager however, I contained myself and did not. But I think the manager Certainly needs to know how slow the bartender is. I would appreciate you informing him or somebody telling him that customers do not like to wait 25 minutes for a drink order that doesn’t take more than three minutes to fill. there were not that many in the bar itself that he had to wait on. And it was late in the evening that I don’t think there was that many in the restaurant, but like I said, he wasn’t even concerned about the drink orders he was more concerned about telling things up on the Computer needless to say, it will take me a long time to come back to your restaurant in Colerain

The server A.J. was very kind and considerate. He was a tad slow checking for refills and our bill but overall a nice guy and was not the problem. The bartender on the other hand took 25 MINUTES to make a glass of wine and a margarita. We had to go to the bar and ask where our drinks were. THEN we were offered PLASTIC silverware as there wasn’t any normal silverware available. THEN!!!!! We weren’t even offered a discount after spending 2 HOURS in the restaurant!!!! Sad sad day to go to Red Lobster.

Ordered online was there at the pickup location was prompted the food was on its way out and to turn on hazards then sat 30 mins…seen another car get their order so i asked and they act as if they didn’t see my name so I went inside to a frustrated manager who wouldn’t relax so we can work together and after my order was found it was wrong … new sandwich experience was a bust… fish sandwich with the burger bun

I would love to leave a great review but I've eaten at Three of your locations in Cincinnati my latest experience today at your colerain location. At 5:07 My waiter according to the receipt was Elijah not much of a waiter. I asked for iced tea no lemon Got iced tea with lemon. Ask for a salad with no croutons got croutons. I was seated with no utensils or napkin Elijah brought my salad and I informed him I had no utensils he brings me back only a fork no napkin no knife. Took 11 minutes and 23 seconds to finally get silverware and a napkin after asking three employees Elijah twice. When he brought my meal he informed me that the bacon wrapped scallops I ordered to go with my entree we're not available. The table next to me tried to order grilled shrimp they were told that's not available. When I was paying my tab he had to call the manager over to the bar to help facilitate my discount coupon of 10% he had to come back to the table to ask me what the discount was for. While the manager was at the register with him I motion to her I'm sorry I don't know her name cuz she never came to the table. I wanted to speak to her to see who the ringmaster of the circus was. She acknowledged me when she's at the register when I motion for her to come to the table but then she never came to the table. I guess you went running back to her hiding place wherever that was. How do you expect your business to thrive when you treat your customers this way.

Waited 10 mins to be greeted while watching how empty & slow they were & just kept seeing employees stand around & watch the game including the manager.

I actually made a mistake and booked the reservation at the wrong Red Lobster. We did not go to the Springdale location- but instead went to the Cincinnati Mills location. I didn't know how to change the location- so if you can - they deserve this review. The food- service- the manager- and the overall evening was great. We had a nice dinner and will definitely go back.
