This spot is an excellent choice for brunch if you’re looking for food that’s both comforting and well done. Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted just as good as it looked.
The eggs Benedict was a standout—perfectly cooked eggs with rich, silky hollandaise that wasn’t overpowering. The potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well seasoned, which is harder to find than it should be. The fresh greens on the plate helped balance everything nicely and made the dish feel complete rather than heavy.
For something sweet, the French toast was fantastic. Thick slices, lightly crisped, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with warm fruit that added just the right amount of brightness. The syrup was served on the side (a small detail, but appreciated), so you can control the sweetness.
Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the food felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting—great for a slow weekend breakfast or brunch with family or friends.
If you enjoy classic brunch dishes done right with good presentation and solid flavors, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

Breakfast Buffett absolute disaster. Workers seem clueless and can’t get order correct. Omelette 20 minutes later not even close to what I ordered. The food already sitting at the buffet was good. Go to Vintage and Maplewood instead. Hyatt needs to step it up for the members

Amazing meal at Red Roost Tavern!
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade. We loved the Brussels sprouts, Bloody Mary deviled egg, Tavern Burger with fries, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with truffle fries — every bite was perfect. The margarita was one of the best I’ve had, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot inside the Hyatt Regency!
Edit: Have to add dessert! We were able to try the homemade Brownie with homemade ice cream and mascarpone. It. Was. GORGEOUS on the taste palate.
The amount of “homemade” at this place, should have you running there. Quickly.

While staying at the Hyatt, we ordered food to pick up. Had the wings, parmesan fries, shrimp tacos and Brussel sprouts. Food was ready fast and everything was really delicious. Definitely recommend. We'll be returning.

Service and food was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely dine there again.
Was pleasantly surprised by the offerings. The spicy chicken sandwich was among the best I have eaten. Service was excellent.
Do not order the falafel sandwich. Not only did it taste undesirable, but I got food poisoning as well!!! A very disappointing experience!

Excellent food! Best part of my stay at the hotel. The Shashuka at breakfast is the best I have ever had.
This is a fantastic place to find great food and fast service. We have a significant amount of food allergies and they worked with us extensively to ensure that we'd be able to enjoy the food we ordered. They also have a large bourbon selection.
The atmosphere is fine and energetic. We will definitely go back.

Fish and chips are soggy and no taste. My fries were burnt to no end compared to my husbands! Couldn’t even finish my $27 fish and chips.
Very nice ambiance, came in here while on vacation. Scott was my bartender. If you come and Scott wasn't taking care of you? You're missing out. Awesome guy. I got the blacken chicken pasta and the rib sandwich. They overcooked my chicken and gave me old ingredients for my salad. Wonderful sandwich, though! Would go back, exclusively to visit Scott. He isn't there? I wouldn't go.
Ivy was a great and attentive server who made our family's breakfast lovely.
