This is a fantastic place to find great food and fast service. We have a significant amount of food allergies and they worked with us extensively to ensure that we'd be able to enjoy the food we ordered. They also have a large bourbon selection.
The atmosphere is fine and energetic. We will definitely go back.
Fish and chips are soggy and no taste. My fries were burnt to no end compared to my husbands! Couldn’t even finish my $27 fish and chips.
Very nice ambiance, came in here while on vacation. Scott was my bartender. If you come and Scott wasn't taking care of you? You're missing out. Awesome guy. I got the blacken chicken pasta and the rib sandwich. They overcooked my chicken and gave me old ingredients for my salad. Wonderful sandwich, though! Would go back, exclusively to visit Scott. He isn't there? I wouldn't go.
Ivy was a great and attentive server who made our family's breakfast lovely.
The first night we tried to make reservations and were given a 15 mins wait. Didn't get called for 30 mins so we checked in again and she apologized and said it was realistically going to be another 45 mins. We came back and it was too close to closing to seat us. Not happy. The next night we went for drinks and an appetizer and they didn't have the appetizer we wanted which was surprising since it wasn't even 7pm yet. However, the cocktails were good.
We got on the waitlist and was told it would be about 20 min. After about 40 min., we checked in and asked for an update and was told it might be another 20-30 min. We could see a lot of empty tables, but we continued waiting. Finally, we squeezed ourselves in at the bar and were at first told it was going to be too late to order food! The bartender actually told me we should have planned better leaving the game 😳…… my thought was they should have told us they couldn’t take anyone else on the waitlist and we would have gladly went somewhere else! With some heavy tipping and sweet-talking we did get food, which was good! We would have never been seated had we not seated ourselves at the bar! Strongly recommend a short walk on down the street to The Maplewood!!!!
Service was excellent, appetizers really good. Drinks were made well. Unfortunately the burger was the saltiest thing I've eaten in my life. I couldn't eat it and my tongue was sore after a fee bites!
Thankfully the manager was super compassionate and offered to take care of it and comp dessert. The dessert was a apple cheesecake and was amazing.

The dood was great and the service was outstanding. I had dinner there three nights during my hotel stay, and my server, named Ivy, was wonderful. I don't see this level of customer service often!
We had a party of 7 for a birthday. Our party also had 2 severe food allergies. Our server was phenomenal in making sure that everyone has something safe and delicious to eat. Thank you!

I come here year after year after Bengals games. They need more help at the bar. I can tell you it's going to be one of your busiest days. I actually watched people walk out today after not getting served. The bartender was sweet but very slow. Manager helped out but proper staffing needs to be in place anytime the Bengals are playing home

The food was okay but overpriced for what it was. The staff was friendly although not always the most attentive. We waited for drinks and for our bill for longer than expected. With so many other options in the area I'd probably dine elsewhere. Staff was friendly and apologetic about the delays. Maybe it was an off night.

Ordered carry out. Restaurant pretty much empty. Told 20 minutes. 50 minutes later and the food was there but cold. One the most horrible experiences for food. Maybe drinks are ok but not good.

Came for the weekend buffet. A bit pricy even for hotel breakfast but at least there were a few more items than a typical buffet. Primarily carbs so I didn't care that much. My over-medium were more like over-easy but still good.
