I had no idea there was such a thing as Korean BBQ. I have been to multiple BBQs in my life and I have never had food as good as this. And now a question keeps burning in my mind, much like a side order of kimchi, what makes it so dang good? Is it the ingredients? Is it the truck? Is it the Koreans?
