we happened to be staying at a hotel where we passed this on our drive to the zoo- so we decided to try it. Wow- this was the best chicken, yams, beans and cornbread that we have had in Cleveland or Cincinnati! Amazing! we will be getting chicken from here every time we visit Cincinnati from now on!

Had this today for lunch and it made my life. Incredible fried chicken. The YAMS. The potato wedges! I can’t wait to come back and try the fried okra and the Mac and cheese. Fast service and just incredible food. I’m from the south and it tasted like home.

So we go buy chicken from here all the time but the person that’s supposed to be in charge she’s rude they didn’t have enough chicken to supply the it’s egg I wanted so I asked her can I get a deal if I didn’t buy what she had left since the chicken that they had were pieces that I usually wouldn’t buy they were mostly drumsticks she rudely said no and just her attitude alone made me not want anything the young lady with locs is nice but the lady who has nose earrings she’s rude like every rude lost a customer

Ritchie chicken is the best fried chicken in Cincinnati and there Fried fish is really good to 😋good size piece's of fish and chicken 😋 There Mac and cheese 😋 is very good and so is there Green's and sweet Potatoes are delicious 😋. Prices are reasonable.Staff is always friendly and helpful.great place to eat 😘

We ate here this afternoon went through drive thru ate came back through drive through to try dessert it was absoutley wonderful and yummy we defintley will be back for sure

The proteins are fried very well. The chicken and fish are crunchy and served up hot and fresh. They also offer spicy and regular. Very good! The service could be better. Particularly the way they handle mobile and online orders. Like some of the other restaurants they should have a line that is servicing only online and mobile orders. The way they do things now you have to stand in line behind all of the people who are there in person. You can see your mobile order or online order just waiting to be retrieved but you can't get it because you have all of the other people there who are in person. This is not acceptable.
