Ordered food for my closing manager and employee. Received the end of the pot. Nothing in this order is correct & this so called red beans & rice is ridiculous! You can tell the grease needs to be changed, my chicken is extremely extremely dark and looks very dried out. I contacted the restaurant tonight at 10:30pm on 1/16 & a female Hispanic ask for my name of the order put me on hold for 6mins & hung up on me. Definitely shows the poor professionalism of this company and why your stores shut down now.

Should be a 5 star review as they have good food this is about the chicken strips I've never had because they don't have them ready and when I try to call to place a order ahead of time since I only get so much time for lunch they won't take a order over the phone which is ridiculous they just lost out on a huge order again hopefully they change this policy sooner than later or just start having strips ready to go

We came in at about 1pm on Saturday. The food was fresh and staff were happy. It was a little bit of a wait on the tenders but they came out piping hot and juicy. The spicy chicken was the best we have ever had. Will definitely be coming here again.

Normally the food is great. But the last two times the taste was different. The chicken was salty. The mashed potatoes was very loose. The seasoning on the chicken plus the wedges is different. Even the coloring of the crust is different. Maybe the recieps have changed or maybe the way it's been cook.

Let me tell yall something Jayairrah T was my server and O M G they served and delivered my 10 peice chicken tender was delivered to me lickety split and the smell from those tenders smelt so good it was like a water fall coming out of my mouth I could NOT wait to wolf them down and I did when I took my first bite I wanted to cry because they were so good when i took my last bite i wanted to cry because they were gone i didnt but yummy yummy in my tummy they were so bussin 100/10 I would and will go back again.

I had a 20+ piece order of chicken today with a bunch of sides and everything turned out. Great food was hot and delicious as always best fried chicken place around town!
This is the best fried chicken in Cincinnati hands down and their sides are absolutely amazing drove over 30 minutes just to eat here and we'll definitely be back if you have not tried this place definitely give it a try
Today my son had an appointment so I had decided afterwards we would stop in for food before hitting the highway to come back to terre haute indiana. I had seen videos and was excited to try it with my family. We got there at like 11:17am I was completely unaware of what they were doing for the kids this month that would have been helpful information or even greetings when you walk in. Confused on where the line started and ended we placed our order on a machine and waited. I saw the restaurant get packed and emptied all while I was still waiting for my food. A good 30- 45 mins maybe longer. I paid about $47.00 for what was two dinners and ordered a large greens and 2 drinks, and a small peach cobbler. Upon being handed my food the lady looked young and had glasses. I said I hope its worth all the hype and as good as it looks. Told her we drive 3 hours which we had, she rolled her eyes . I then proceeded to say well my son had a drink appointment so figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Checked my food and asked for ketchup and hot sauce. Not a thank you have a nice day or anything. I had to ask for my drinks as well. it was really given attitude for no reason and rudeness. Food was definitely hot. I burned my lip on a potato wedge. I attempted to try the food but decided I would wait until home. Yams tasted like they was canned and unsweetened like they had been sitting in way too much water as well. Greens tasted like straight vinegar. Macaroni and cheese tasted like KFC. Roll was dry and fish tasted unseasoned all the way around just breaded and fried. I love some southern food and this just was not it at all. Only thing good was my peach cobbler, and the Cornbread and the drinks. needless to say I wish there was more seating because I definitely would have sat down and tasted and then asked for a refund or something because it was not worth almost $50.00 or waiting a hour for. They was definitely knocking them orders out though except mine. I saw people holding they recipet up and workers not even checking it to see if it was really they order or not. But a friendly welcome more structured way of taking orders, handling orders out definitely needs to be addressed. A simple thank you have a nice day also goes a long way. Shout out to the young man making the sides up in containers for them he was on top of it from what I observed.

The spicy chicken tenders were definitely spicy, seasoned, meaty with real chicken breast and fried perfectly. The wedges are huge, and the cornbread was delicious. The only thing stopping a five star review was the greens. They were a bit dry and needed more seasoning. But I definitely plan to eat here again.
