Loved the bartenders the first time I came!!! Sooo friendly. This time woman bartender SO unapproachable and rude!!! On Friday night. The one without green colored hair. You’re in customer service and I love this place. Total letdown!! 4/19

The look of the eating area was very nice. It was very loud though. We got food from 3 different places and prices were not to where we could do this regularly. It's not that prices per meal were too high but we had to purchase 3 different meals to get enough food for 2 people. Service was good at each place and I liked the text system when the order was ready.

They have a pretty solid draft list for a place kind of in the middle of nowhere in Cincinnati. It's in a big food hall, which is a plus because you can drink some local craft beers and try a variety of foods. I honestly know nothing about Cincinnati, but this place is solid if you're close by. Not sure it's worth making a trip if you're further away. Google it, ya know.

First of all, the place is huge. I like how it had different seating spaces. Long tables for families or meetings, small tables, comfy chairs, couches, etc. There are about a dozen different eateries, so there's something for everyone. Water station with still and sparkling water, which is a nice touch. You order at the counter and they will text you when your food is ready. Prices are maybe slightly on the higher side, but definitely worth a visit. Closed on Mondays!

We came here for dinner on a working day, not many people here, but the atmosphere is really good, family, kids sits around the couch having snack and talking. That's really nice. Each of us get different things at different station, i got the noodle, not as good as i expected. But husband said his sub is super good, i tasted the potato fries, it's among the best! It's a good place to go with friends, i think probably brunch or early afternoon snack is best,

Love the idea of a nicer food court with a bar and an open seating area. That said, the food was just okay. It wasn't anything special. I had pizza and fried shrimp the times I've been, and neither really impressed me. They were fine, but nothing to write home about. Overall, love the concept, not so much the food.

Food is just okay. I have been about 5 times and each time I expected the food to be better. For example, the first time I tried a place and ordered their gourmet mac n cheese type dish. It was greasy and too cheesy. Some people might enjoy that, but I couldn't taste anything other than greasy cheese. Another time I ordered a steak sandwich with jalapeños. It was so bland, there was no seasoning on the meat at all. The jalapeños had no flavor. And the sauce they put on it was sweet and I didn't enjoy it. I've had their pizza and it was just ok. The crust was good. The sauce was on the sweet side. I've had other dishes and they were all just ok. I was actually hoping to see more healthy options there. The salad place has limited hours, they close at like 2 pm and the salad is expensive for what you get. Choose a protein, eggs are on the protein list of choices which I love eggs in my salad. But really wanted chicken too. Choose 3 veg to go in. And your lettuce. And that came to $13.00. There weren't any sunflower seeds or walnuts and I wanted olive oil and red wine vinegar but they didn't have it. So I ordered balsamic and they were all out. I settled on something else and I honestly can't remember what. It was a smaller bowl and not even filled. I can go to Kroger salad bar and get a killer loaded salad for $8. I've never had bad service, the ambiance is great for large groups. Everyone can order what they want and there's gelato too. There's free water stations where you can choose sparkling water or plain. It's nice for when bands come they open the roll up doors.

This is a good option for a group of people who are indecisive about what to eat! Lots of options, and we can bring board games too. Sometimes the food can take a while depending on what you get, but you can also order ahead on the website. The options are on the pricy end too. I really enjoyed the pizza and ramen options here.

Jack the bar manager treats his team mates so well one teared up sharing how grateful she is to work with him. "He'd give the shirt off his back for a teammate" and he even remembered my name despite my meeting him at RJs other location. Great leaders like this make grateful places like this. The service is through the roof great! TVs galore to watch sports etc.

The food options at Element Eatery are plentiful and delicious! Everyone I've encountered there has been super pleasant and helpful. I love the casual seating as well as the bigger tables available for groups. I was also here for the Cincinnati Blues Society band contest, which was hosted at Element Eatery and was absolutely fantastic! A group of us came here for lunch. We ate outside and had a wonderful time. Everyone was pleased with their food. Element Eatery had great potential. I hope it continues to enjoy success for years to come.

Element Eatery is SUCH a fun place to eat! There are so many options (tacos, burgers, Filipino, wings, etc) and so much space. Surprisingly, it's not too loud in there and easy to have a conversation. I love the water stations situated around the building-- they even offer sparkling water! The facility is very clean and well kept. Parking is super convenient in the free garage next door. I love visiting Element Eatery!

This is a very good food hall. It is quite large and the seating is comfortable. I had Puerto Rican mofongo, and my daughter had Japanese ramen. There was plenty of different types of cuisine, something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place when in the area.
