This ramen is disappointingly bland. Not spicy (even when your order the highest spice level) and I doubt there is any salt or other flavoring used.Particularly disappointing because when element first opened this place was good.
Girl at the front desk had her head down as we walked up. Then proceeded to sit down while taking orders. Completely unprofessional.

The lady working the counter became rude and irate when I wouldn't give her my phone number for the order (they sell that information). I said I'd have no issue waiting by the counter until it was done. When my order was up, she threw the bag at me. I said "thank you" - she said nothing, turned around, and walked away. I'd highly recommend never going here. Food is mediocre but not worth $20 (I also ordered a spice level of 0 but I'm sweating from this - it's not a 0 level), or the verbal abuse and treatment from their staff.

The ramen place inside Element Eatery @ Medpace. The shoyu ramen was good. It was a lot for $14.95. I tried the croquettes veggies and gyoza. All food was tasty and filling.

Tonkotsu Ramen is great! The Takoyaki is nice and crispy outer skin, with moist inner breading without chewy squid.
