Manager was nice , salad was good but some pieces were brown lots of people so it's good for socializing at the bar however I got takeout

It was amazing food. Amazing chicken. Our waitress was very busy running around so we didn't see her much. I did have to get up and get myself a refill of water. But the food made up for that.

Very busy Saturday night takeout. Noisy extreme sports bar atmosphere. Large deep fried wings in Korean bbq sauce very tasty with red, black & blue salad. Do recommend food.

It's like and has a bar, family joint, chicken place with lots in the menu. Sauce's are great we like to mix 2-3 sauces together for chicken š fingers. Service is always on point. And quick to refill your drinks
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of children and room for them not a rowdy place, there are highchairs, for little ones, a bar for those that like that as well, and TV's for those who like to watch sports, but Not š« overwhelming.

Ordered takeoutā¦was not guided by the cashier when ordering that unless explicitly specified, multiple sauces would be mixed together. I ordered two tenders with three sauces on the side..they put them all in one cup. And the tenders I ordered were hard as hockey pucks.This is not common practice for any wing establishment. When I drove 20mins back to have the order refunded I was advised that they ādonāt refundā only store credits or gift cards. UNACCEPTABLE. No where is this policy outlined on the website. After persisting further..I got a partial refund. I donāt care how long it takes for my money to return to my card..if Iām unsatisfied with the product I want my money back. There was no empathy from the manager for the miscommunication. Roosters lost a customer today.
**Update: The GM reached out and apologized for the miscommunication. The old management set the guide lines to push store credit over refunds. She graciously refunded the entire order and confirmed sheād coach both management and the cashier/hostess on the appropriate procedures. Thanks Bobbie!
