Great choices, lady at the register (a recent Xavier graduate in marketing) was excellent. Wow she has so much to contribute. We enjoyed the green bowl, smoothie and vegan treats. Bathrooms were clean and cafe clean. We will definitely return.

No parking space

Service was slow. No one else had ordered and it took 10+ mins for a smoothie

I paid 13$ to get Golden Glow and it wasn’t good. Bottom line this is place overpriced and not getting you enough portion of food or drinks compared with the price. Run away do not try it

I ordered products from their online store in December, and they were never sent. I've emailed three times and called twice. The emails haven't been answered, and when I call, nobody knows what to do so they refer to the manager who is never there, and apparently has no regular schedule. Do not use their online store.

This place has an amazing selection. From premade items in the case to desserts. They also have a market like atmosphere with several packaged items and mocktails bottled up. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

This place has good smoothies and cool products to browse, but they have really POOR service/hospitality in general, plus even worse for how expensive they are. I really try to support this local business that offers meaningful vegan options but WOW they put up a good challenge.

What bothers me most is that it ALWAYS feels like they are kicking you out. ~ No ~ matter~ what ~ i ~ do, they will give me my food to go, on disposable packaging, and often deconstructed & messy to eat. They don’t even askkkkkk if you want it to go no matter what time of day you go, & disappear once they’ve swiped your card so you can’t tell them.

I’ve sat down in the sitting/eating area, trying to show I intend to eat in the moment, and they still make it to go. Then, when you stay sitting down, they come to give you 30 min, 20 closing notices… Am I at Taco Bell? It feels excessive for the kind of foods or smoothies people are consuming.

If you don’t want people sitting there during open hours, then take the chairs, tables, and sign that says ‘dishes’ away, since clearly you want to be a take out only place. If you want to keep the sitting area, then you have a clear oppourtunity to reduce your waste. This approach isn’t great for consumer service OR the planet, since the business is creating unnecessary waste (+ expenses) by packing everything in single use disposables.

The food is just okay, kind of bland. Most of the items are pretty expensive. I ordered a bagel with their cashew cream cheese and it was not tasty what-so-ever. It was pretty sloppy. There was more cream cheese than it was bagel. It seriously looked like a bad yeast infection on a bagel. I just couldn't finish it 😂 That's probably one item I would never in life get again. Other than that they have decent desserts and some nice vegan products from other companies.

First and last time. We were very excited to try the burrito. It arrived very cold and the rice was not fully cooked. We had to return it and got the nachos instead. I wish I would have asked for my money back. The nachos were a disappointment. I think is place might be best to get smoothies but I don’t recommend the food.

This review is for the online shop, I spent $60 on tea and never received my order :(
They won’t respond to my emails. I tried calling and left a message but no one followed up. Its disappointing because I actually love their tea and I’m a repeat customer

They sells teas and things on their online shop but If you order from them, they will never send the product and keep the money. They won’t respond the my emails I tried calling and left a message with the clerk but no call back. Terrible management!! So disappointing

Great place for Vegan options! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and the environment is very comforting.

Parking is weird & make sure you're not parking in the wrong lot. Staff weren't very welcoming and seemed incredibly judgmental. Went to both Rooted places and everyone looks like they hate working there. Smoothie was okay but super pricey. Seems like they are just racist judging by the previous negative reviews written by non-White folk.
