Stopped in to this restaurant to have a beer after some last-minute Christmas shopping. Rachel was such a great bartender, made my experience here a lot more fun than I initially expected. Really outgoing, friendly, and attentive! I’ll come back because of her.

This was the most disappointing experience I have had in a long time. Restrooms were filthy, smelled like they had not been cleaned in quite a while, sink was clogged with standing water. Was charged twice for an item and the servers response was "I didn't know how else to ring it in" when I asked to see the manager the response from the manager was they were cooking and unable to come adress the issue. I had to take it upon myself to go to the kitchen to see here. Instead of concern about my issue she was concerned about me being in the kitchen. Will never again step foot in a Ruby Tuesday. I work too hard for my money to be treated like I am bothering the people that are more than willing to take my money.

We went to this location because we has a 50% off one entree coupon. Once we sat down, it took over 15 mins to get our drinks and for the server to take our order. My fiance ordered a chicken sandwich, while i got the New Orleans Seafood, with Mac and Cheese and a baked potato. Her chicken sandwich was dry, my Tilapia tasted like i was eating a lake water patty and shrimp was just okay. Once we got home we both noticed that we were feeling ill and began to both get sick and.. well, out the bottom as well. Will not be returning to this, or any other Ruby Tuesday locations.

Since I don't see many Ruby Tuesday's anymore on my travels I had to stop in for the salad bar, and really glad that was my true focus. They have always had the best salad out of any of the chain restaurants. I went inside to eat and I was the restaurant's only guest this evening at 8pm., it felt like I was eating in a ghost town. Let me be kind and say the meal just was a little sub par. The staff was kind and I like supporting young hard workers, however I will now point back to the reviews that I didn't read before deciding to eat here. Well darn, As much as I don't want to say this; Ruby Tuesday's will go out of business with the next year. There is no way a business that suffers as the reviews point out can survive. Even though I love the salad bar here there is nothing else attractive for me to put this on my list to return to. Too many better choices around this area. Pick a restaurant that has good reviews.

Excellent... I walked in late, about 35 minutes before closing. Usually places make you feel like they are in a hurry for you to get out when it is that close to osong and restaurant is nearly empty. However, wait person made me a fresh pot of coffee, gave me plenty of time to make a selection from the menu, was very nice the whole time, and in general made the experience excellent. The food was also very good. In every way an excellent dinning experience.

We got there and it was about 5PM and it was fairly busy. We ordered and got the salad bar it was nicely stocked, it had a good variety of items. The restaurant was clean. We had a good meal. It looked appalling and smelled good. The taste was wonderful and full of flavor. We will be going back.
We visited Ruby Tuesday yesterday. It was 6 of us at a table. Four of us ordered a baked sweet potato. The potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, hard in the middle.Mines was replaced with a small, pinkish,dried looking potato that I also returned and ordered mac & cheese. I was thoroughly disgusted with my service and food. Not returning to Kenwood restaurant again. The other 5 said the very same 5hing.

My dad and I stopped here for lunch on Monday afternoon. We got the sampler to start which I thought was absolutely delicious. Only comment my dad has was the pretzels were a little hard and cheese a bit runny. I loved the motz sticks, spin artichoke dip and salsa! I'm not a pretzel person so I didn't have a comment on them. Our waitress Cali was amazing! Poor thing had to refill my water 5-6 times but she was on top of it! She was super sweet, very knowledgeable on the menu and had great recommendations. I got the tilapia with AMAZING zucchini and fries. Cali recommended the fries and I am 10000% happy she did. The tilapia had amazing seasoning and was cooked perfectly. My dad got the bourbon chicken, aka what I normally get, and he loved it as well. Thank you Cali and Ruby Tuesday for our wonderful Monday lunch to start the week! :)

Had a very nice dining experience at Kenwood, Ohio Ruby Tuesday's. Very nice atmosphere, waitress was pleasant and accommodating to our group of 5. Food arrived promptly, was hot and everyone's dish was very good. All in all a very nice place, highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday location!
