the food was absolutely amazing! the service was excellent and the vibes are vibing!!!. you guys have to try out the tacos on taco tuesday! i had the steak and shrimp tacos ommgggg! and they have hookah and is blacked owned! if you're looking for a good time and a great experience this is the place to go!

I think the photos and description of this restaurant would have you believe that it’s a fast and casual bar/pizza/wings spot. Since it was one of the later spots opened in downtown Cincinnati, we went last night for dinner, and found it to be a different scene.
Two women were smoking hookah at the bar. The waitress saw us and I mentioned we just wanted to get some food. She didn’t have any menus so had to ask some other folks at the bar for theirs. We took a seat at the bar (the bar stool had a lot of burns in the seat) and shortly left because we got a vibe that the food wouldn’t be good (and the service was already strained).
I’m giving in three stars because I think if it’s a party you’re looking for it might be here, but don’t think you’ll get a decent dinner.

I paid 50 for these small wings that I waited for for over an hour and this is what I got and than the owner had the nerve to ask me how much I was charged for the wings with a drink in his hand like its place of business I was overcharged. The servers didn't even asked our table if we needed anything. I won't return

We were fortunate to be welcomed by the OWNER… he offered exceptional service, made amazing cocktails and took our Order … we had wings, eggrolls and pizza… everything was fresh and the pizza was by far the best Ive had… Only thing I hated was we came out side to a ticket!!! Be sure to pay your meter!!!! I will be back!!!

To give this place 1 star is being generous. Being someone who is used to being ignored at restaurants, this place took it to another level. We ordered our food and enjoyed our lukewarm beer for about 30 minutes until the waitress came out and asked us again what we ordered. She then apologized and said they gave our order to a delivery, and she would offer us an appetizer. We ordered another lukewarm beer and anxiously waited for our appetizer. Another 30 more minutes passed. What few people that were at the restaurant that arrived after us were all starting to get their food. Some people we knew showed up, and we told them to go elsewhere. The appetizer finally arrived, and the waitress assured us our pizza was in the oven. About 40 more minutes passed. One of the lone kitchen staff brought out someone else’s order and saw us. She asked if we had ordered anything. We said yes… twice! About an hour and half ago. She said they were out of pizza dough. Evidently our pizzas were not yet in the oven. 1 hour and 40 minutes after we arrived. We paid for our beers and left. Avoid this place if you want to eat.

Everyone on the pitch agrees that this place offers up a JAW DROPPING experience! Don't stay too late, though. Nothing good happens after midnight.
We thought we were walking into a pizza restaurant and instead it's some kind of club blasting hardcore rap music. It was impossible to even have a decent conversation at the bar because of how obnoxiously loud the music was.

Was my first time going to this place and I made the mistake of going on a friday night.Only came for food but because it was after 10, there was a door fee. After getting in, the two things i wanted they were out of. So i wasted 20 bucks just to find out what I wanted, they didn't have. Ended up ordering onion rings and fries so it didn't feel like a complete waste.It'd be nice if the kitchen was separate to the bar so this could have been avoided but its clear if that was the case, no one would come to the bar lol.

I have to admit, when we first walked into this pizza place, we were a bit taken aback. It wasn't quite what we expected based on the descriptions we'd read online. However, I must offer my sincerest apologies for our initial reaction because what followed was truly surprising and delightful.Despite the mismatch between our expectations and the reality of the restaurant, the pizza we ordered was great! We ordered the margherita pizza and it took a bit longer to come out than expected but it was delicious!What truly impressed us, though, was the exceptional customer service. Not only did the staff handle our initial reaction with grace and professionalism, but they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When we mentioned that we were craving a specific type of soda that they didn't have, they actually volunteered to run out and grab it for us from a nearby store. That level of attentiveness and willingness to please truly made our experience memorable.So, to the staff at Rusconi's, I offer my heartfelt thanks for turning what could have been a disappointing dining experience into a delightful surprise. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!
