The worst service I’ve ever had. Waitress came to take drink orders, took a while to bring them. Once she did she never came back. Took forever for someone else to come over to take our orders. Once app order was taken, no one came back to ask we wanted our drinks refreshed or our entrees ordered. Our appetizers came and about twenty minutes later still no one had come to take our entree order. We had to stop someone and ask where is our waitress. A bartender came over cleared our table and another bartender came to get our orders and refreshed our drinks. The food came out cold and had to be reheated. It even took forever for us to receive our bill. This is my second time there and service wasn't that bad the first time.The atmosphere is nice, but if they want to stay open they have to have better service. A few customers left because of the horrible service.

Total wasteIf you read prior reviews, there are basics being missed. It’s like they’re relying on the people to ask for anything they need whether water or utensil, we have to ask for every single things once or twice. Look like waiters and waitresses no training and the only effort is to stop by the table smile and ask if everything is OK without even looking at the empty glasses or recognizing, we just dropped off the food and there’s no utensils! Then it gets better as time goes by and even though they’re not very busy and take 15 to 20 minutes to see someone coming back and our wait until we drop the order was closer to 40 minutes . Then even better , ordered chicken Pita, we got it but forgot the chicken and put bacon on the other sandwich even though we asked twice to make sure no bacon. At this point we decided to walk out and not even bother!

I ordered the fried grouper sandwich with tots on Friday night. Food was delicious and atmosphere has a brick neighborhood theme with a rooftop. However I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible stomach ache. Upchucking grouper into my bathroom waste basket. It’s important that seafood is cooked at the correct temperature and stored in the proper way. Otherwise customers can get sick.

I reserved a table for 16 for my birthday upstairs and I even called to confirm. The day of my birthday they only had a table for 8 reserved downstairs, and when I talked to the manager about it her attitude was absolutely nasty, and she actually was trying to argue with me. After going back and forth with her about extra seating she finally offered to accommodate my extra guest at an empty table near where we were sitting, which I asked her could we use it initially, and she said no. They served us all cold food and had attitudes when we asked them to warm it up. The waiter had to be new because he was slow and barely knew who ordered what, one of my guests waited 45 minutes for her check, which was wrong when he finally brought it to her, so we had to wait longer for a second check. We had to ask him a thousand times for our drinks, and then he would only remember to bring out one. I would give them a 0/10 but I had to give them at least one star for this review to even post.

My family was so disappointed with our dining experience this weekend. I had seen some of the bad reviews. However, I was hoping the owners would have read them and used them as a guide to improve. Unfortunately the same problems happened to us on Saturday as several reviews mentioned. Luke warm food, bad service, slow service, etc. There were 12 of us and our reservation led us upstairs to a really neat looking rooftop bar. Very inviting space with so much potential. It’s gone to waste due to the terrible service. There was one bartender/server who was very welcoming to us as we sat down and assured us that he was there to make sure we were taken care of. He tried as much as he could but, the place was such a mess there was no saving it. Another server came to take our drink order and they didn’t take long to deliver those. After that, no one was asked if they wanted another. We then waited 20 minutes after the drinks came until one of the servers finally came over to take our order. Mind you, the place wasn’t very busy. And there were 3 bar tenders. After we placed our orders, it took an hour for food to start coming out. Five plates came out and then 20 min later the other plates came out. Only one plate came out hot and that was only because they accidentally dropped it and it had to be remade. The food was cold and bland. The wings that people had raved about were puny and sloppily plated. The crab dip was good but served with just a few chips and pita wedges. The portion was tiny. My sister took a couple bites of her dinner and couldn’t finish it was so bad. When our checks came, they were all wrong. The server blamed it on there being two servers for our table. With two servers, service should have been smooth. My sister, who works in the industry was so upset she had to say something. Something she said she never does. They did take her meal off of her bill but there should have been more done to try to fix the bad experience for the entire table. As visitors to the city, we had the pleasure of experiencing some amazing food and drink at numerous spots around this city. This one let us down big time. Hopefully management and the owners will find a way to turn the place around.
C.j is one of the best things about this place. So friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! He rocks! :) food is hit or miss… so I would recommend the crab dip.

Came down with my friend and had such a great experience! Kia the bartender was so down to earth and gave great recommendations about the food and drinks! And let me say the food!!! The food was soooo good! I got the salmon croquettes and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and both times were delicious! Will definitely come back for the food the drinks and the customer service!

Do you like bland food? or your food to come out lukewarm? Then this is the place for you. I haven't had there breakfast or their wings, which apparently are redeeming dishes (but also are still messed up sometimes). I have been for dinner twice and was disappointed both times. Maybe go and check out the roof, but If I was you I'd eat before leaving the house.
