Honestly I’m very disappointed in how everything turned out I was excited to try it and my mashed potatoes were hard as a rock and I asked for stuffed chicken and did not receive it…I’m very disappointed and I didn’t eat it as soon as I gotten it. But I did try to eat it and it was very disappointing!!! And not even worth trying!

We ate there on Saturday 9-20-25. The service and food was good no complaints. Our seat were upstairs geezzzzzz do something about how hot it is. I think problem with the ac system but it was too hot for a place like this. What we paid around $250 for 2 people. Very very uncomfortable.

If you're heading there anytime soon ask to be seated downstairs.

We sat at the bar for happy hour, food and drinks. The location and atmosphere were perfect. The service was good, we enjoyed our conversations with the bartenders and the host. Food and drinks were nice.

Just wanted to stop in and say hi to a friend, ended up being rudely greeted by the host and told that he was too busy and it wasn't a good time, despite the restaurant being dead. Would not go and eat here. THANK YOU CARL FOR THE WARM WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.

Made reservations and went to Ruth's Chris at the Banks this past Sunday. The food was great as it always is. We had a great server, but had a very long wait on our meal. The restaurant was very busy due to the Bengals game letting out, so I'm sure that led to the wait times. However, a business needs to anticipate such things. The only other issue was the temperature inside. It was a very warm day outside and their AC was struggling to keep dinning area cool.

i just think that yall are not helping anything in cincinnati to help yall as well stay an upscale place cause it’s stores and restaurants underperforming and aren’t clean and things and yall have the power and can talk to them about keeping things clean and things since yall are ruthchris yall get money so to stay relevant yall have to help something in the city even if it’s only one thing or as much as you can help because yall will get yalls at the end of the day you never know if a person can go to a clean store and eat there one day or for how many ever days they may get they moment when they can say hey im gone go head and go to ruthchris or order online or doordash or uber eats or whatever cause the stores they went to previously had got clean so they could way they options more with they money they family could do better so they can be able to afford and be able to eat from you all establishment cause these stores are nasty and being that way it’s gone be expensive to eat because everything that’s clean costs more so they ain’t gone have it cause they can’t get help from the city and that’s just a simple keeping the stores clean then yall do not give out beverages a person be wanting a sprite or something and aint get nothing to wash they meal down with then yall aint even helping the city boss up which would make yall look better and yall gotta be clean and yall gotta help clean the city up at places and get them clean and yall would be cleaner as well and help phones get fixed to level up the smart way and what’s suppose to be right as well in america and the food wasn’t cool the second time i had ruthchris since they bossed the food and beverages down to make them not be easy to go in your body and throat and made it dissolve tougher

Ones celebration commences with a special event.
We had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's birthday with a delightful meal and friends.
The perfect evening begins with how one is greeted which by far was a disappointment! The individuals were more worried about their cell phones!
Also noticed the online dress code doesn’t apply to all. When seated we were greeted by
Tristian, he was one of the most pleasant individuals we have encountered in a long time. His honesty was genuine as he instructed us the summer special had ended, though I called earlier in the day and was instructed it was still on. His kindness was a breath of fresh air. He demonstrated a clear enthusiasm for his job and a commitment to ensuring his customers' satisfaction, recognizing that their loyalty was essential to his continued employment. A business needs more individuals like Tristian.

Not worth the money, in my opinion. Service was good, decor was good but the food was mid. Ordered a 6oz filet medium rare and it came out blue. Still cold in the middle. They offered to retire but I declined and they took a percentage off our bill. Au gratin potatoes and sweet potatoes I can make better at home. The French bread was good but I've had better at other similar restaurants. The cheesecake tasted frozen but the broiled lobster was good, perfect portion size. If im spending that much on dinner, it better blow me away. Convenient to the Banks and everything going on, close to the street car for transportation. Probably won't be back as there are better options around town.
