Ruth's Chris Steak House

Went on Valentine's Day with my wife. We have had mixed experiences in the past this was probably the last time I'll give Ruth Chris a go. It's just not worth what you pay for. My wife's steak was cooked wrong. Service was lacking and overall experience was just not good. The drinks were the best part but spending $25 on an old fashioned is a little much. We made the best of it. But won't be back.

The food was top! David was a great server & well informed about how the food was prepped and made! We will be returning again!

Absolutely amazing will be back soon. Everything was great. I do however wish had valet parking or closer parking to the restaurant, maybe something to consider in the future. But no complaints

Went for a birthday dinner - had a wonderful time. Service was attentive and professional. Just one minor ding - the "hot plate" was not that hot. I have been to other Ruth Chris locations and the plates do truly sing. That first slice and then searing it on the plate is one of the pleasures I look forward to at Ruth Chris. The plates were pretty hot this time, but not that super sear level that I have experienced before. Not a big thing and I will be back - the seasoning and flavors are top notch.

We had cowboy ribeye and stuffed chicken. Both entries were delicious. Sides,shrimp, salads were all freshly made. Our server was excellent and attentive.

Food was and our waitress was great! Sadly, the drinks were subpar. My wife ordered an old fashioned and my mother ordered a margarita. Both cocktails were not good and they didn't finish them.

Great service. Great food. Waitress was attentive and food came out timely and delicious.Even the hostess was great.

Amazing Thanksgiving dinner with family! Server was excellent and food perfect. The elimination by the city of Valet parking may prevent future visits. Parking not easy to find nearby with poor signage. My wife has mobility issues, my Father is 92 and mother inlaw also 92 makes for a major inconvenience for customers.

Service was slow restaurant was not overly crowded, Had to ask for bread. Steaks as always , enjoyable

There was a group of 8 ladies celebrating Friendsgiving last night when we had dinner at Ruth Chris. We all had positive experiences. Our server Mitch was very engaging, attentive, very patient to my group who has a lot of questions. Thank you Mitch for your kindness and making our time your restaurant memorable. I highly recommend Ruth Chris and Mitch as a server.

Really great experience. The food was delicious and the service was 10/10. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Food was not great I expected for the food to be better considering the kind of restaurant that it was the steak had no flavor. I had to add salt and pepper. The lobster macaroni and cheese was very runny. The drinks that we got had more ice in it than it did an actual drink. My husband could not get his garlic mashed potatoes so he had to settle with cheese potatoes we barely seen our server when we asked her for stuff. It took her multiple times for us to ask for her to actually bring it overall experience was horrible. 

Tristin, our server, was excellent. The food was delish and since we got the special it was a great bargain. The commotion in the bar at the end of the evening was a little disconcerting but was handled swiftly.

Always a great experience when my wife and I visit Ruth's Chris for dinner! Absolutely great steaks always cooked perfectly and the cocktails are perfect.
