We went here for a special occasion, our first time dining at a ruths chris. We were both super happy with our time here. Our steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked, not under/over: just right. My wife had a blackberry drink or some sort, it was delicious and filled to the top of the glass each time. The surf and turf was magnificent.

The garlic mash was delicious as well, and we had the chocolate sin cake i believe it was called: it was rich, but so tasty.

We couldn't be happier for a first outing. We will absolutely be back, the service was good as well.

My family of 4 adults went on a birthday celebration. We all ordered individual meals but decided to share sides. I ordered scalloped potatoes for my side dish with a ribeye steak. First the potatoes were sliced thick, second it was cold in the middle. I asked the server about it. They gave me a new one well guess what. It was still cold in the middle. We just cancelled the side but it was a disappointment.
The steaks were amazing, the other sides were also good but how can a chef screw up a simple side dish? Even I can whip up scalloped potatoes. I felt like it was made in advance and placed in a freezer. Taken out when ordered and placed in the salamander. At least stick a thermometer in it before serving.
At the prices of dinning out lately. I would expect some good food especially restaurants like this.
By the way, it wasn't very busy. At that time, early dinner. There were at least 4 parties dinning including us and maybe a couple.

That was the best ribeye I've had in a long time. I had a really great time with my group. The waitress was super sweet too. I'll definitely be telling others about this place.

Was celebrating a birthday. Food was great, service was good other than our server not recognizing that it was my wife's birthday until the end even though there was happy birthday confetti on the table.

Parking garage was close by that made it convenient to get in and out.

The food service and atmosphere was amazing! They even have a gluten-free flourless dessert cake. That was amazing! Their ice cream was amazing! Our steaks came out sizzling hot! Devin, our server was awesome! I took my wife and daughter! I can’t understand the bad reviews at this place, nothing but five stars from us we will definitely be back! Devin was a great waiter! Request him!

Starting out by saying that I have been here over a dozen times in the last 2 years and sad to say my experience goes a little too much like Saturday.
Took my father and nephew out for his birthday celebration.
Made a reservation. Was seated pretty quickly.
Sat on the first floor where it was freezing. We asked the waitress if the air conditioning was on and she laughed and said “well it feels like it doesn’t it?”
Took 22 minutes for us to see our waitress and for her to give us the hose water they were serving. She apologies for the long wait and then takes 10 minutes to get us drinks and my dad his beer.
After ordering an appetizer, it arrives 30 minutes later and the goat cheese and artichoke dip that’s usually my favorite was so dry the waitress took it back for another try. The second one came out about 15 minutes later and was so dry they took it off our bill.
By the time we ordered and waited 45 minutes for our steaks we didn’t receive refills and my father’s 11 oz filet was so well done it was crisp and burnt. Our waitress asked if everything looked good and we sent his steak back for another try. While waiting for his steak we had to box up our own salads and no one cleared the dirty dishes off our table. I literally had to stand up and stack everything just so the other server could place our food in front of us.
Long story short all three tables around us were seated and served and left by the time we got our food. Dad’s steak was delivered by the manager and she asked him to cut it open and asked if it was “better than the last one” dad responded by saying well yeah better than the last and by the time he could finish saying “but still dry and burnt” she was gone. Our waitress complained again about the kitchen being off their game today and having this issue multiple times and yet she also left my dad with a burnt steak. He got his salad out to finish it and took the steak home for the dogs. Nothing like paying over $300 for a meal for three people and having to stop for fast food on the way home.

Excellent service by Davell jes truly excellent sat at a great table for 2 #64 ate delicious crab cakes perfectly cooked lamb chops and creamed spinach and creme Brule 11/9/24 5 stars plus perfect meal

The short lady manager with the short hair cut RUDE!!!! My food was so brunt and nasty. I was treated bad. If I could give zero stars I would.

Food was generally good. Our anniversary reservations got mixed up with someone else's birthday reservations so they just kinda tossed us into an open table. Server then also had no idea we were celebrating after the host didn't do anything to remedy the situation. A happy anniversary wish, and a piece of cheesecake or whatever it is wouldn't have made the visit significantly better so I can't say it was a major impact. It was just kinda awkward how we were treated going forward. The server used kinda odd language with us. We were in a pretty small room with multiple tables in VERY close proximity so conversation felt like was shared with the entire room. For planning ahead and the money that you spend at a stakehouse like this we have had better experiences elsewhere in the city. If it wasn't paired with Blink weekend in cincinnati the visit to the city wouldn't have felt as worth it. Overall glad we visited. I just think when we want to go out to a nice dinner again we will visit the other restaurants around the city we have had better experienc to not be completely satisfied with the visit.

Worst customer service ever by Kathy (manager). She did not greet us when we entered after the game. We had made reservations weeks prior. She immediately said we can't serve you and pointed to my daughter because she was wearing shorts after the bengals game! | Understand the dress code but her delivery and nastiness was not acceptable. She should absolutely not be in a manager or customer service role. Thank god for Victoria who stepped right in and offered us some solutions and also offered a free app.
Praise to her!!!! She should be promoted and she understands how to take care of customers!!! Kathy looked and seemed miserable and mad at the world and took it out on us and ruined our dining experience! She kept giving us dirty looks throughout the evening as well. Needless to say we dined at Sotto the next night and was treated like royalty with exceptional care. Ruth Chris needs to take notes and follow Sotto. Honestly just be a kind person!!! We will not return to Ruth Chris. So many other dining options downtown that are much nicer!!! I gave one star only for Victoria who tried to help us.
