Early Mother's Day with in-laws and everything was perfect. Loved the seafood tower as a starter. Every steak came out on steaming hot plates and the sides were really good. Loved It!

My first time ever dining here! The staff & service was phenomenal!!! They made my birthday experience one to remember. Above and beyond.

Food was ok. I suppose. Both steaks were cooked incorrectly and waiter was nowhere to be found. Date and I just switched steaks since she likes more rare. Second margarita was terrible, tasted like straight lime juice. Again waiter nowhere to be found. Cheese cake was mediocre. Best tasting thing was the sweet potatoes. Definitely not worth the $200 bill.

This is not fine dining.... it's a high price restaurant with low class service. The hostess is rude and the manager is even more rude. I've had better fast food service than I received with this establishment. They'll lock the door on you then stare at you through the windows and won't even speak until a customer comes and opens the door and then the hostess decides to come from behind her post and block you from entering per her managers request all because your a first time patron trying to attend a birthday party. The vibe was way off and the customer service was lacking. Even if the party arrived late, there is still a certain way to speak to people so that both parties can come to a mutual understanding. A manager should not point their finger in a customers face or raise their voice. For the price you have to pay to eat there, the customer service and professionalism does not match. If you have a reservation on the same day of an event happening in the city it will be nearly impossible to find a place to park especially when they have streets blocked off.

Great service and delicious steaks. The bread, crab cakes, and most importantly, the steaks were 10/10. Thanks for a great Saturday night!

Walked in without reservation (wasn't expecting anything) and told by hostess "we don't have anything" which is fair because it seems to be prom night but this Ruth's is not an upscale spot that typically requires a reservation or at least always has spots at the bar area. I'm not disappointed in the lack of table or space but in the lack of offering solutions such as "bar is full right now but we can help you find a spot once someone gets up" then we would have waited and gotten a drink while waiting. But no thought of problem solving was involved and therefore we went to another steak house. Customer service is always a priority for me and lack of it will never be ignored no matter how good the food or atmosphere.

My wife and I went here for our 11th wedding anniversary and total money spent was $197. The only thing “nice” about this place was the waitress who was very polite and the fact we got a bottle of Prosecco as a “gift”. We both got salads and the entrée arrived before we finish half of our salads. My wife ordered the filet with shrimp ordered to be cooked medium, I ordered the t-bone ordered to be cooked medium. Both arrived well done. My t-bone had so much fat that about 15% was unable to be eaten. My Au Gratin potatoes were under cooked. We were seated at a table right at the top of the steps, within 3 to 4 feet of the steps. Our special date had absolutely no privacy or intimacy because of our table being right on the steps being displayed for everyone’s viewing. The noise from the dishes banging in what I believe was the kitchen of the second floor made it very difficult to have a conversation at a reasonable tone. Not to mention the fact that the second we walked in the door we were greeted by a younger blonde haired woman with a horrible attitude. I’m a little hard of hearing and noticing her saying something but didn’t understand her I asked her to please repeat herself and she replied back very demeaning and said nothing else and just stared at me. I paid Jeff Ruby’s prices and got Texas Roadhouse quality.Needless to say we will not be returning to this restaurant.

If you're looking for a good steak house, this is not the place to go to. My wife brought me here for my birthday and I will preface that I'm not a picky eater. We ordered steaks medium for both of us and what came out was from from that. My steak and lobster had been through the fallout of an atomic bomb. It was sizzling hot and was well done/over cooked. I could not believe it. My pregnant wife was given a medium rare steak. So we switched. I love steak and I could not even finish it. Our waiter did not even ask us how good the meal was when we returned a sizable portion of it uneaten. This is something I'd expect from Applebees but Applebees most of the time can get a steak order correct. For the money, go to Jeff Rubys. If you want similar quality steak, save your money and go to Applebees or some other chain restaurant. We were terribly disappointed in our dining experience here.

We waited 1.5 hours to receive our appetizer. Another 30 minutes to receive our entrees. We did not receive any discount for our wait. This was our anniversary celebration and it was a lousy experience. We did not receive our desert until after we received the check. Our drinks were good but took a while to get replacements when ordered. I had a medical situation and requested a glass of orange juice from the server. She never brought the juice. My wife went over to the bar and received a glass of juice from the bartender. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I called and shared my experience with a manager. I hope to receive a return call.

This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!

Restaurant was pleasantly quiet for a weekend but that just made it better. Had a great evening with our friends and the food was amazing. We shared a porterhouse which was definitely more than we both could eat. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
