Hello, I brought myself and wife, Daughter and Son In Law to eat at your grill in Lawerenceberg Friday 12-1-23 . I had reservations at 6:00. The timing and waitresses were fine. The cook and the food was not. The cook was an older man. Between the four of us we got steak, shrimp, and chicken. The vegetables, shrimp and chicken was burnt. The fried rice had no flavor. The steak was fine. This meal cost me $210.00, which would have been fine if the food was good. Before I made a public comment, I wanted to give you a chance to make it right. I was celebrating my Daughters birthday and did not want to make a scene last night. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

We (4 of us) traveled an hour to get there to have dinner before our experience at the Dent Schoolhouse. We arrived around 6pm and were told that since we didn't have reservations (I didn't see anything on the website about making them), it would be 7pm before we could be seated with another group. We were worried that we might not make our 8pm time with Dent, so we opted to leave. We were encouraged to go to the bar area instead. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers with fries, a chicken quesadilla, and 2 sushi rolls that took well over 45 minutes to get. The bar area was not crowded. We almost got up to leave, but that's finally when our food was brought out. The food was just ok. Certainly not what we had been looking forward to. Disappointed for sure.

Best hibachi you will ever have 4 years ago this was my review.Recently went there and they have completely dropped the ball. Ordered sushi and it still wasn't out twoards the end of my meal. The sauces and key ingredients that made this place great have completely lost all the zing and enjoyment that made this place Sakura. Really loved this place and have been coming here for 10+ years. Seriously disappointed and not honestly sure where will make up for the one meal I looked forward to each year. Truthfully pains me to write this but take your money elsewhere.

I can tell you how many times we have come to this place and they randomly decide to close early… it’s 8:24pm as I write this review from the parking lot… this is the 3rd time this has happened!!!! Don’t waste your time if you want dinner after 6pm!!!
