First, and likely only, experience here tonight. Ordered some chicken tenders with barbecue sauce for my two year old after the food we got to share elsewhere was too spicy for him. The tenders were of decent quality but they didn’t come with a side of barbecue but were instead completely drenched in it! My two year old wouldn’t touch them as he has sensory issues. This was with no warning about how they are served and this was after ordering them off of the kids menu. Of all the times I’ve order chicken tenders with sauce in my life, I’ve never been served them swimming in sauce.When I asked the woman working if this was a mistake she said it was my husband’s fault for not knowing and made no offer to help in this situation. She was super rude and acted like we were stupid for not knowing kids tenders came that way (there were no photos posted anywhere and no description notes for menu items).My husband also got tots and wings for himself, both of which were nothing to write home about. The wings we incredibly dry.With so many choices at element eatery, this place really needs to step it up in quality of items and certainly customer service. 0/10

Anyone who has worked in a kitchen knows what an under-cooked french fry looks like. Right? Any anyone who has a mouth knows that a crispy seasoned french fry is greatly preferred over a raw unseasoned one. So the problem here lies in either one of two categories. Either the one who servered me does not know how to cook a french fry, or one the one who served me does not care what they serve me. In any event I hope this restaurant at The Element gets it together. Best Wishes. P.S. One small cup of Blue Cheese with 12 wings?? Please! You know better than that.

This is a black family own pub ran by a husband & wife. Service was amazing. Food was made to order & delicious. I was told occasionally they offer delivery service & catering as well.

Absolute mastery of their craft. Big meaty wings, flavoravle sauces, gargantuan amount of soul poured into the grits and mac and cheese, and all budget friendly. Truly a culinary triumph as well as a demographic triumph. Great food great atmosphere. We are definitely life long customers!!!!!!!

They have the absolute worst customer service. The food is not even that good for the service to be so bad. The lady with the glasses constantly has an attitude. It’s not worth your business. For some good wings and great customer service go to Catch Me if You Can in Oakley Kitchen! Black owned too.

This restaurant is my favorite place in element eatery. The meech bowl or aunt bae bowl with added beef sausage are excellent. Can't go wrong with the wings either. 5 stars with great service everytime.

It was busy! They were pumping out delicious food as fast as it could be prepared. It was expected for a Saturday evening. This was our first time eating at The Eatery and there were lots of choices for restaurants and foods. As macaroni and cheese lovers, it was a pretty easy choice. The macaroni was cooked very well. I don't like mushy macaroni. The cheese was also very good. It had a rich taste and seemed like at least 3 types of cheese. There were nice size pieces of chicken in mine. The chicken was good meat. It was breaded chicken but not overly breaded. My wife had shrimp and sausage in hers. I tried a piece of the sausage and thought it was very delicious. It also has a strong taste. In a food way. It will be hard to try someplace else now that we've tasted the food here.

Delicious! Some of the best Mac (probably THE best) I’ve had. I had the Mac n cheese bowl with chicken chunks and jalapeños. Definitely returning in the future.
