There is like 3 teens or young adults 2 girls 1 boy and they attitudes are just god awful i simply ask for some salt and then the girl with the blonde hair caught a whole attitude and just waved me off and then i went back to get some chips and there was another girl with lashes and dreads i went to her to checkout and her reaction is UGHHH COME ON and then took the receipt and damn near flicked the receipt at me extremely rude and disrespectful sbarro need to get that in line

Horrible service, rude employees unless they like you. The food is totally un eatable and looks terrible even when it's fresh. I guess the one good pizza guy they had left recently because it just looks horrible. Especially considering how outrageous the prices are. ,$10 for a slice of mediocre pizza and a drink that's 90% ice. No wonder there's not nearly as many around as there was years ago. Worst eatery in the malls food court.

The pizza is delicious and the employees are decent, but I did notice one employee there (I'm assuming he's new because this is my first time ever seeing him over there) not using gloves while spinning the pizza dough around. Whenever I don't see employees using gloves, especially while they are handling food, it turns me away. I think all employees that are touching food should be wearing gloves.

Horrible rude person told me they were “closed” at 500pm on Thursday 12/26/24 then proceeded to yell at another customer for taking some paper towels because her child spilled something!!! This location needs to be restaffed ASAP!!

Had a simple slice of cheese yesterday. Man has it gone downhill. They no longer re-toast in in their deck oven but put it through a conveyor belt. It was severely undercooked, no crunch, doughy and cooked on a screen. Sad. It was the best option for NYC vibes years ago. No longer.
Ok so i was coming to put a ZERO , but i noticed how many reviews are there talking about the same experience, a VERY RUDE staff, and above them is the manager, one of them was literally shouting at me, she didnt even give me the chance to say what i want to order, i do work in the mall so i know how costumers suppose to be treated! VERY RUDE, VERY RACIST STAFF !

If I could leave 0 I would. At 1225 on Nov 4th my husband and I tried to get pizza and the worker refused to serve us because she was the only one working but her shift ended and she wasn’t sure if she was going to get paid overtime or not…
