Me and my friends were trying to come out and enjoy ourselves on 6/6/20, but we were turned away. They claimed that my friend had a 100 degree temp and said she was not allowed to enter. She is a nurse and works at a clinic everyday and 100 degree temp is not even a real fever. Plus it was already about 91 degrees outside. We will not be supporting this establishment ever again. Please do better with implementing Coronavirus measures.

Charged me for soda when I was the DD. Music was so so. Good location. Friendlier Staff and cooler atmosphere would make this place booming. Sell yourself as an upscale bar and more people will come.

There was a bartender who couldn't understand the concept of "just a splash." The other bartenders who helped me did a fabulous job of making my drinks (henny & a splash of coke) but this particular bartender couldn't comprehend. I understand customer service can be a bit challenging, and, at times frustrating in that kind of setting. People constantly yelling at you to get your attention because they want to be next to order their drinks. I worked in Customer Service for 20+ years. I understand the customers aren't always right but that doesn't mean the employee is right either. Omar, who I assume is one of the managers decided to take the side of his employee although he came over to "hear my side of the story" but his exact words were and I quote, "if I make your drink the right way, will that make you happy?" My response was "yes." Then Omar goes on to say and I quote "you can't disrespect my bartenders though." Hold up Omar, you have this all turned around sir!!! Your bartender cursed at me and told me if I didn't like it I could leave...I just wanted my drink to be made the way I asked. I wasn't asking for a free drink, I just wanted my drink made right...that's all!! So after she told me "I could leave if I didn't like it", my response was "I'm not leaving unless I get put out!" That's when she went and got Omar. This particular bartender had been disrespectful to my friends and I the entire night...she got an attitude with me earlier because I had questions about my bill. There was a lot going on and I wanted to make sure she wasn't adding anyone else's drinks to my bill, so I asked her about my bill to make sure....This obviously offended her because her attitude was completely disrespectful afterwards(please check my receipt & time stamp where I put as her tip, her bad attitude was her tip!!!!). One of my friends had an open tab she wanted to close out but we wanted another drink as well but it took forever for that to happen because this bartender decided to ignore us after I asked her questions about my bill. She was helping everyone to left of us, to the right of us and people directly behind us but she would not even look at us or acknowledge my friend, who made many attempts to get her attention. One of the bar backs came over so we got his attention and asked if he could grab one of the other bartenders to assist us. The only reason I ended up with this particular bartender again is because a guy sat down next to me and we started talking. He offered to buy me a drink. My last drink of the evening. He asked her for two Hennessy's with a splash of coke and that's when this whole ordeal got blown out of proportion. All this because I questioned my bill and I asked her to make our drinks the way we requested.Now don't get me wrong, I will give credit in the areas where credit is due but her customer service gets NO CREDIT!!!! Omar (his name was on my receipt so I didn't get her name but I can point her out!!!) heard her side and just believed her although I had NO problems with the other bartenders. I finished my drink, Omar (made it the right way)and left when the place closed for the night. The sad thing is, I'm always looking for new and exciting places for my business partners and I to throw events. Scene has a nice set up but after this, I'm like, ok, never mind for that idea. I'm not looking for this girl to get in trouble but she needs to be heavily coached in Customer Service. Her actions and the way she handled herself were unacceptable!

Trying to walk in this evening and the young man checking us at the door was extremely rude. He was patting my friend down way to close to his groin. He was wearing fitted pants so obviously not hiding anything. My friend jumped back when he got too close and said, “ whoa don’t tease me with a good time,” obviously kidding to make the uncomfortable situation less awkward. The bouncer said, “I’m not letting you in.“ He was not even drunk at all!! We used to frequent this establishment often and had a great time here. Very disappointed! I feel like I was going into the airport even walking in here. Sad that you need that kind of rudeness and enforcement to have a good time.
